Oceanfront 8 bedroom home with pool & spa, only steps from beach

As it met our needs for bedrooms the house was not clean and had issues with heat, gas leaks, yes that’s plural and could not enjoy pool and hot tub due to the gas leaks.This is an older home but, has the old school charm of a home that fits its environment. The home desperately needs some TLC and a good cleaning.

Great communication and response time. We loved our fourth year here celebrating Thanksgiving with our expanding family.

The layout of the house worked well for our group and provided ample space. The large porch could be a real highlight, however, it was filthy. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned in quite some time, and the porch cushions were in poor condition and really need to be replaced.The property as a whole needs a deep clean, and the house itself could use some updates to bring it up to standard. The pool is very nice and the beach viewing area is a nice feature. The brick deck needs attention and it would be nice to have some shade provided. Additionally, we heard animals in the attic, which was a bit concerning. While we enjoyed our time here, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance made it hard to fully enjoy the experience. With a small investment this could be a 4 star property.

The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is superb, extremely spacious, and full of amenities. The ability to walk straight to the beach from the pool and spa area is unmatched and the area around the house is really great. Close to great golf, restaurants, and more.

Prefect for a men’s golf trip! Incredible location and great size for everyone to have their owns space.

Pool is very nice, view of beach from the screened in porch was amazing and well used. Only suggestion would be to add some mixing bowls and larger casserole dishes for large groups. Had all of the bedrooms as advertised. Kitchen was worst supplied compared to all other rentals we have used. The home is quite dirty inside and outside.

Had 18 people at the house and it was perfect. Able to have everyone gather in common areas as well as the beach and pool.

We really enjoyed the large pool, with its lap lanes - a hit with the kids.The lawn and pool crews were there during the week tending to the property, very discreetly. One of the thing we liked best about this property was how private it felt even though you were right on the beach. The house is nestled beautifully into its surroundings. A favorite feature of ours was the screened in porch that runs the entire length of the house, with rocking chairs, gliders and a swing - seating for all types, and a table large enough to sit 15 people.

We are a family of 16 so finding an 8 bedroom house to satisfy everyone's needs is difficult every year. This home with 8 very generous bedrooms, basically 2 pools and right on the beach satisfied the Family. The Porch is spectacular!!

This house held our entire family very comfortably. The few steps to the beach was the best part! We really enjoyed the huge pool and safe, bike-friendly neighborhood. There’s so much to do inside the area. We’re definitely coming back!

Might suggest a 'cheat sheet' to navigate what channels and streaming services on the tv.

We all -19- had a great time. I think you might consider a railing getting in the pool for the younger and older guests. Also, it was hard for the older guests to keep going up and down the stairs. Beautiful home with lots of room.
