Stayed Mar 27, 2025We recently stayed at the Ocean Front Beach House, and there were definitely some highlights worth mentioning. The location is unbeatable; situated on the first row, you have direct access to the beach-just a short walk across the service road and you're on the sand. The view is breathtaking, especially in the evenings. We also appreciated the hot tub, which provided a cozy spot to enjoy the beach scenery at night. However, it was a bit disappointing that only two of the jets were operational. The house itself was just as depicted in the pictures— decorated nicely and smelled clean, with a strong scent from wall plug-ins. Our group is pretty laid-back, and we genuinely enjoyed our time there. We opted to rent the personal golf cart, which came at an additional cost.Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with it on the first night and struggled to get in touch with the host for assistance, as they didn't respond to messages through the VRBO portal or text. While the owner did call beforehand to clarify that the property is located in a campground and what that entails, it's important to note that this house is NOT a six-bedroom property. It is actually a four-bedroom house with two closets in the upper bedrooms converted into small sleeping areas, each containing a twin bed. The central room upstairs features a full-size bottom bunk and a twin on top, but be aware that the top bunk has no legs and sits directly on the floor. This arrangement may not be ideal for tall

Stayed Mar 31, 2024We had a great stay at this home. The home is oceanfront which is incredible. The house is really a 4 bedroom home with closets converted into bedrooms to make up the other 2, which is described as such in the listing. The house wasn't as clean as I would've liked it to be especially the bathrooms and there was sand on the floors when we came in, but overall it was a great stay. Thank you.

Stayed Mar 21, 2023We enjoyed our stay. Communication was clear and helpful before hand. Our family with two toddlers stayed and both sets of grandparents joined us for four nights. Any issues that arose were discussed and addressed, would stay again. We enjoyed the location, specifically chose as close to the beach as possible. This made ease of beach walks through the day. Can’t wait to return.

Stayed Sep 2, 2022The house was okay, the location was okay but the only issues we had was there needs to be more transparency. Every night around 8pm till 11pm there was a golf cart parade which kept us trapped from leaving to go shopping or going out to dinner. Our bedsheets were covered in sand on the FIRST night. The coffee machine did not work. The house are very close together , really didn’t feel like we had privacy. There should be more transparent on what will happen on the property. Something positive-there is a lot of things for the kids to do.
