Great stay. Quick access to the beach. Pool was a bit small when everyone was in, but worked great. Wifi on the upstairs floor was poor to non-existant (needs repeater). Path to beach was overgrown with low hanging branches and needs to be trimmed up.Great communication from management. We had a great week.

Gorgeous ocean view. House was very well stocked and clean. We loved being right on the beach and having the pool.

Great location.Our family of eight had plenty of room and en-suite bathrooms were very nice. There was an issue that Jim took care of as soon as possible. Outside of the parking situation, the house was everything advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable house for six adults. Nice large bathrooms. Wonderful view. 7minute bike ride to Coligny Plaza. Easy check-in and out process.

Great location! Very private and just steps to the beach while having easy access to all that Hilton Head has to offer. Beautiful views. Home is well appointed and quiet. Excellent option for multi generational group. Definitely will book again. Very nice beach and bath towels. Well stocked hand soaps body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Well appointed kitchen.

Our stay at this beach rental was during the week of 9/14-9/21. Our group of 4 septuagenarian couples enjoyed our time here. Being an oceanfront property and having only a very short walk to the beach is a plus. We found the house and grounds to be clean and comfortable. Although the houses are close together, we experienced a sense of privacy given the thoughtful landscaping. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was never crowded. The kitchen is a bit small but manageable. The configuration of the great room is such that it is difficult to seat 8 people together to socialize however the deck and pool areas provide enough space for this. The deck and pool are lovely. The provided house amenities were very satisfactory. We were also provided with more than enough beach chairs. There are a variety of beach toys and a beach cart available for renters use. There was also a beach canopy available but our crew were amateurs and weren’t adventuresome enough to attempt to put it up. There was one beach umbrella but we felt there could have been more made available. Overall, we would recommend this rental for people of all ages.

We hosted a family vacation for our two kids, their spouses and our 4 year old grandson. This home was wonderful and accommodated all our needs. The pool was especially important since the entire family loves to swim and hang out at the pool following time at the beach. Beach access is really good and the provided beach cart, chairs and other amenities in the basement were great! We'll be back!!!!!

This was our second stay at this beach home and likely will not be out last. The pool and proximity to the beach are great for the kids, and the location is close enough to everything we enjoy doing.

Outstanding property and had a wonderful time, except for the lady next door who on two occasions asked us to turn down our music in the middle of the afternoon although it wasn't loud at all. We never played it passed 6pm.

Definitely a 10/10 for this property. Perfect location and the house had everything we needed. Appreciated all the beach chairs and toys!

Pool is great especially since right off the beach behind sand dunes. Beach not crowded and location is nice and private no traffic. House setup great and well stocked kitchen and pool and beach accessories including a wagon, New beach chairs etc

Great location and perfect for a family. We took my daughter, her husband and 2 1/2 yr old, plus my 27 yr old son. It was perfect for everyone. The small shallow end of the pool was great for my grandson, and the proximity to the beach was perfect for night time crab viewing and beach walks. We rented bikes and had them delivered and my husband and I ride a lot, so many nice bike paths. We rode over to the harbor one day. The home was super comfortable and I would definitely stay again. Internet worked great which was good as my son had to work several days. Lots of beach toys, and rafts under the house for the pool and beach. The only thing I’d mention is that a few outdoor pieces of furniture could be replaced. One lounge chair was ripped and not useable and another was starting to rip. The skim board under the home was more of a hazard as it had split wood and a few of the beach chairs should be replaced. We wanted to clean the pool a few days since it was windy and leaves had blown in but the net was also ripped. The bbq leg was rusted through and disconnected but the bbq was still useable. We cooked fish which the kids caught one night and it was delicious. Other than that the house was perfect! We loved it!

My husband and I treated his adult children (40-60) and grandchildren (7 and 25) to a week at the beach and this house was the perfect choice - updated and beautifully appointed with so many extras supplied including beach chairs, floats, wagon, toys etc; open floorpan with plenty of comfortable seating, roomy bedrooms and walk in showers; well-stocked kitchen; beautiful view of the ocean with a very short walk to the beach; a great outdoor area with nice pool, big gas grill we used several times, a large deck with umbrella table where we ate when dining in; conveniently located close to shops and restaurants -- and ice cream! Our host Jim was very responsive in answering my questions before checkin and addressing a couple minor issues during the week. All in all, it was awesome and I highly recommend this property.

The home was in a great location with wonderful views of the beach and ocean. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This house is exceptional! We loved it, our second time staying here. The interior decor is of quality you would expect in a custom home. The proximity to the beach is excellent. The property manager is first class as well. The only drawback was the amount of people accessing the private beach path. It is marked private and there is a fence but it doesn’t detour the folks not staying with access. So the beach was much more crowed than expected in May. But you just have to go out early and claim your space. We still had a fantastic time! And we plan to stay there again in the future.
