Oceanfront 10 bdrm w/Pool/Elevator on The Point. Best Views on the Island!

The house views were spectacular! The pictures do not do it justice! This place was truly a dream come true! Our entire family cannot stop talking about it. The host was easy to connect with and very friendly.

This is an absolutely beautiful house with amazing views. We had 2 babies with us and the host could not have been more accommodating! They provided pack and plays and high chairs and stair gates! We all had a fabulous time enjoying the pool and beach. It was a wonderful place for a family reunion!

The house was clean, most of all the bedrooms have beautiful ocean/beach views. Love the top floor with the kitchen and living area, best view all around. There was an elevator so that was a plus, especially if you have big luggage like I do. We had a party of 9 couples to celebrate one of our friend’s 50th bday. We will definitely be back in the future during the summer time.

This property is excellent, the host very responsive and all amenities are as advertised. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for the perfect large house near the point.

This home was perfect for our family's needs. We had a wedding to attend at the Crystal Coast Country Club but wanted to be closer to a family home at Lands End. There were 13 of us. Perfect layout and number of bathrooms. The views are amazing. I have never stayed in a home that gives both sunrise AND sunset views from the same deck! The host is very responsive to questions and if something isn't perfect they act very quickly to make it right. We would 1000% recommend this home and will hope to stay here again!

Wow! Absolutely gorgeous! You will never find better views on Emerald Isle. This house is perfect for a multi-generational/multi-family stay. It offers great areas for gatherings, yet privacy as well. Spacious bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable! The thought of everything....even beyond the description. It's picturesque beach views and neutral colors bring a relaxed feeling. Great taste in decor.Their elevator actually works!!! We've stayed at many places and have come across several that are broken when we get there. So that was very much appreciated. My personal tip: You may want to bring your own storage containers for storing food or taking it home with you. But the kitchen is well appointed. 10 out of 10!!!!!

We hosted a very intimate wedding with our family at The Pearl. The morning sunrises were spectacular. The views from every window were breathtaking and the evening sunsets were absolutely stunning. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to rebook this property in the future.

Does not disappoint.Enchanting stay for 8 adults in an ideal location. This intelligently designed home is bright and well-appointed. The paddleboard and sea kayak were a hit with the 30-something faction. Don't miss the pool's surprise night lights and, of course, the views.Highly recommend.

We’ve been vacationing in Emerald Isle for 25 years. This was by far the best house we’ve ever rented. The pictures do not do it justice! Our host, BeachRose was amazing and was always so responsive with any questions we had. The second and third floor bedrooms all had fantastic views of the ocean. So much deck space to lounge on and the pool area was perfect! Every amenity you could think of was perfectly curated including the linen and towel service. Even the small details of the house, artwork, furnishings, dishes and cutlery were outstanding!The only knock was that we didn’t realize how many refrigerators and wine coolers it had! The pool area had a full size fridge, sink and large ice maker by the gas grill. Perfect for ice cream,Snacks and beverages. There are so many things I could rave about, but this review would go on and on. The Pearl on the Point will be the only place I bring my family going forward. It’s a shame you can only give five stars because this house and location deserves more!

Great family week, no little detail for added convenience was missed!

Good house for a big group. Excellent service when help was needed.Kitchen had only 7 coffee cups, refrigerators were terribly gross and so was the grill. So I recommend that you consider a new cleaning company.Also, having dark drapes for the bedrooms would provide a better sleep for everyone.

Great location, amazing house, no shortage of amenities! Super easy to communicate leading up to our stay and during, responses were always prompt and supportive. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We have stayed in some wonderful homes in Emerald Isle and my brother described it as being in OZ and following the yellow brick road, aka the winding beach walk! With every turn and door you opened there was something wonderful Every room was beautiful and had what we needed, baby things, kid games and bunk room and an elevator for my 86 year old mother! Dance parties in the pool, outdoor space galore, decks, decks and patio! wonderful warm ocean of course! We plan to come back our next family vacation in 3 years

We just had our wedding on the point and this house was perfect! We had our entire wedding party stay with us and a few extra friends and we had plenty of space. House was clean and the views were unbeatable. 100 person wedding and the house was perfect for hosting. Can’t recommend enough

Our family reunion included 13 people, ages 4- 74. This lovely, spacious space enabled all of us to enjoy our time there. The hosts are quick to respond & always helpful. The pool was the center of our activities and the beautiful boardwalk to the beach was an unexpected treat. The elevator allowed all of us to access all of the house.

The property was perfect for hosting family and friends for my daughter’s wedding. The bride and bridal party got ready for the big day upstairs and everyone was in awe of the views!! All the room were well done with wonderful and differing bathrooms. Thanks for sharing your special home with us for our celebration weekend!!

Had an amazing stay. House & accommodations were perfect. Views & boardwalk access to both the ocean and sound makes the stay even better. Heated pool added to the fun for our stay during springtime. 10/10 would recommend to any large groups looking for the best house in Emerald Isle!

This house is absolutely perfect in every single way. You can’t beat the view you get.. the pictures don’t do it justice. We had about 20 people stay and it accommodated everyone. The hosts were amazing as well. Anytime I had a question, they responded within minutes. They were so kind and understanding.

This is an amazing property, exactly as pictured in the photos. Except the photos cannot accurately capture the magnificent view! We stayed over Christmas and could see BOTH sunrise and sunset from the living area. It was unbelievable.The boardwalk to the beach is delightful! It is a bit of a walk if you will be hauling toys/chairs/etc in the summer but there is nice cart provided and lots of beach gear.The outdoor living area and pool look like they'd be great in warmer weather. Especially the step down area into the pool.House is well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room to accommodate our group of 14 adults.The owners are very nice and responsive. Excellent communication. Highly recommend!

If you have a large group do not look any further. Book this house! 5 of the bedrooms all have incredible views and each bedroom having it's own bathroom is hard to find in VRBO homes! Note: the basement has one bath to serve the two king bedrooms and bunk room, but if it's kids/teens/there was no issue. This house is truly perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with enough service for the number it sleeps. We booked a low country boil and they did everything for us on property which was set up perfectly for this. The pool is fabulous, the boardwalk to the beach is great, the beach is fantastic and the location of this house on the island is superb! Communication with the host is easy and fast. You can't go wrong by booking this home!!

Beautiful home for large group! Well stocked kitchen, great bathrooms, comfortable beds, and beautiful outdoor area!! Stocked with everything needed for days at the beach! Very responsive and friendly host!! We made lifetime memories with family and friends for our daughter’s wedding weekend!!

Our stay was wet, windy, and wild... thanks to Debby. The house was fantastic. Took a little storm damage but nothing that disrupted our stay. The views are truly spectacular. Tons of outdoor space with multi-level decking and seating at the pool. The board walk to the beach is very feng shui. It's not pictured, but it's off the pool and takes you right to the beach. So super easy access. The bathrooms in the house are also incredible. Our family kept saying, 'this is the nicest house we've ever stayed in'. Communication with the host was very prompt. An excellent vacation, considering the weather.

We have 2 sons and a son-in-law that have served and are currently serving in different military branches. It is almost impossible for all of us to be in the same place at the same time!
