Stayed Oct 3, 2025Pets and kid friendly did not apply here. We were there to celebrate the life of a 17 yr. old family friend who passed away one year ago yesterday. We had a gathered on the beach on and remembered him with his family and friends. The house was very nice. A few things you should know - the doorknob on one of the upstairs bedrooms fell off and we couldn't find linens for the couch bed. I finally found where sheets and a comforter were but was shocked to see they were piled and wadded up with each other in a closet upstairs. I found what I hope was a clean sheet and a comforter we could use. It looked as if beds had been stripped from previous guests and thrown in the closet. A bit misleading in the bed descriptions was the twin bed in second living room. Didn't really seem like a living room - it looked like a sleeping bag and was dirty on one end. We only needed it for one night so it did serve the purpose. Would probably choose another rental if it was for a longer period. A lot of stairs for my husband who has health issues. Thank you for hosting us.
