This was a fantastic home and experience. We truly enjoyed the whole process and Jesse was wonderful as a host. Would book again!

Unfortunately this property is in pretty severe disrepair to the point that the decks are unsafe. The biggest issue was that the top floor deck facing the ovean needs to be replaced. The railing is barely attached so even lightly leaning against it could cause it to break. We stayed here with 8 kids and realized it early in our stay when they all ran out to check out the view. The property management company sent a handyman out to do what he could but the deck would have to be redone to get even close to acceptable safety standards. There were also ants all over the kitchen and a terrible smell on the top floor that wouldn't air out. Most of the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced and is rickety enough that it was a hazard to sit in. The furnishings inside are shabby but adequate. With appropriate repair, maintenance and refurbishing this could be a great property. The layout is solid and good for large families but missing important basic safety expectations.

We had a very pleasant stay at Blue Paradise--all 17 of us. The 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms were just what we needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and we liked the fact that the living area was on the top level of the house. The smooth walkway to the beach access was appreciated as was the pleasant neighborhood and the location in general. We had quick access to all that we needed.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our family liked the larger pool and the short walk to the private beach access. There were a couple of small issues ( broken toilet seat, broken chair ) that the host fixed quickly after being informed.

Blue Paradise is The Perfect OBX Family vacation Beach house! Bedrooms (with comfy beds) and Bathrooms Galore, pool, hot tub, game room, theater room - Everything you need - AND short, easy walk to the beautiful beach! I would highly recommend Blue Paradise. And one Final Bonus - Jesse is an Amazing Host who is quick to respond to any Ned’s or requests.

Stayed at the property with extended family, 15 total. Cooked all but one meal at the house and almost every room had a balcony. Large enough to give everyone space and it was a short walk to the sand. Good food and ice cream near by. Parking was great and enough room for everyone to park and get out when needed. Owner is very responsive with communication throughout the booking and stay.

Lovely spacious house, we were a large family and friends group , everyone had their own spaced and loved it. The house is lovely decorated and very clean and has everything you need for an OBX vacation. It is well situated, where we enjoyed walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The group enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend this house. Jesse was quick to respond to our questions and needs.

We went during March for spring break and had a great time! Super fast responses from the host and even helped us out when there was an emergency. Plenty of silverware, linens and games. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place on OBX!

This property is great for large groups. We had 17 adults & the layout was ideal. Also, everyone appreciated the high quality mattresses. The host was a great communicator, and responded well and attentively to an unforeseen circumstance. Highly recommend and hope to return again!

Our family had an amazing time. The place was as advertised and accommodated our large family very well. Host was responsive and friendly. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all and there are many nearby activities and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

The property was centrally located to go literally everwhere within a 15-20 minute timeline. Our extended family had a lot of room in the house and each bedroom having their own bathroom was the best aspect of the home. The communication with the host was fantastic, he was very responsive to our calls. We had a small number of issues like an electric outage or leaving behind a wallet. The host was very responsive. I would recommend this property especially for large groups.

Amazing house…amazing location…amazing host…checked on our satisfaction numerous time before, during & after our stay…beautiful house with great bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms…as in most of the rooms…theatre room was great to watch the NBA finals…pool & hot tub in great condition…& definitely got taken advantage of…not one complaint!
