Ocean Views from Stunning 3 BR/3 BA Property, XL Porch, Open Plan Kitchen

Love Casa Mia! Ocean views mixed with forest feeling. We saw deer outside our window. Was a perfect place for our family to gather for Christmas. We would absolutely stay there again!

The home was well maintained, exceptionally comfortable, and had a wonderful view of the cove and harbor. Sleeping accommodations were excellent. Access to market and Pemiquid point easy. Great walking paths in close proximity.

Casa Mia is an absolute gem of a property. The location and setting are gorgeous. The house is beautiful inside and out. High quality linens welcome you onto fabulously comfortable beds. We love the location because there is convenient access to many wonderful restaurants and places to see. Even Acadia is reachable in under 3 hours, Camden in an hour.Hosts Mia and Jim were great, always responding quickly to any questions we had. Mia's home is in the perfect location on the Pemaquid penninsul. It has lovely ocean views and is within walking distance of the peaceful Long Cove loop with even more commanding views of the sea. And, its just a short drive to Pemaquid Point, Reilly's store, Pemaquid Beach and other attractions. The home is lovely, very clean and well-appointed for all of our needs. Mia and Jim are readily available for any questions. We'll be back next year and probably years after that.

My family and I had the pleasure to stay at Casa Mia the week of Christmas 2024. The location and views of the ocean were spectacular. The home itself was perfect for the week. Plenty of room, well furnished, clean, lots of space for the family to spread out. My wife and I would read in the morning in the living room overlooking the ocean while the kids were still asleep. The owners were very responsive and friendly. We couldn't ask for more. Lastly, we took a snowy winter hike at LaVerna Preserve, about a half mile north of the house, to the open ocean, and it is now one of our top 10 favorite hikes - competing with hikes in Grant Teton and Rocky Mountain National Park. It's a hidden treasure.

We were in love with our choice to stay at Casa Mia right away. It's a lovely home with a wonderful view, and we enjoyed watching the tide rise and fall each day. The home is a stone's throw from the beautiful Permaquid Point Lighthouse as well as the beach. You'll do a bit of driving, especially during the off-season, to get to restaurants and stores. But trust me, it's worth it. Jim and Mia were very communicative during our entire stay and I highly recommend using them for your next vacation stay in the area.

Very comfortable stay at this property. House is well kept and kitchen is well stocked. Beds and bedding comfortable. Views from back deck are lovely and property is in an unspoiled area of the coast.

This is a fantastic home! Beautifully decorated, well-appointed kitchen, spacious, warm and inviting. Not only did we enjoy warm days on the front porch, but we also had cozy nights by the fire. The bedrooms are spread out so you aren't on top of the other guests staying in the home. We could not have asked for more!

This was our third time staying at Mia and Jim’s beautiful home. This time we brought friends. The home is has everything you need and the location is so beautiful and peaceful. Great visits to Pemaquid lighthouse, Damriscotta and puffin boat ride out of New Harbor.

Not a busy tourist type spot, felt peaceful and relaxing. Appreciated the helpful recommendations from Mia. The orientation/location of the house allowed for welcoming airflow and views. Moonlight glistening on the water at night was magical.
