Stayed Sep 29, 2025The ocean front condo has best views of all the Breakers Condo's, north toward Pacific City, west to the ocean and south to Proposal Rock all from the living room. Other than the than main floor bathroom you can see the ocean. New furniture, firm beds and well stocked kitchen. We come to Breakers 9 frequently....

Stayed Jun 3, 2025I have wanted to stay on the beach in Oregon for years and my dream finally came true! This was honestly the most heart fulfilling vacation. If you’re looking for the perfect relaxation at the beach, this is the perfect spot. Neskowin is a cozy quiet town, but absolutely perfect.

Stayed Jun 20, 2021Overall, this property checked all the boxes of what we needed. The grassy playground/common area was great, beach access was basically out the back door and the rooms were comfortable and all had great views!! The downsides (that weren't deal breakers at all)are, the kitchen is tight, really one person at a time can be in the sink/fridge/stove area and the water pressure is very weak. Sitting out on the back porch was lovely, we just wish the ocean was visible past the grass - not the properties fault, just something to be aware of!

Stayed Apr 7, 2021The location of this unit cannot be beat. Steps away from the beach and an amazing view of the ocean. Accommodations were clean and well maintained. O our only suggestion is that that king size mattress be replaced.

Stayed Dec 24, 2020We had a wonderful time at this house. The back opens straight on the beach and the view is amazing. Checkin/out was straightforward and the property managers were super responsive. Well stocked kitchen.

Stayed Jan 8, 2021I actually have to say that it is the first time that a VRBO listing has been inaccurate but in a positive way. The location, the views, and the access to the beach or second to none. Great place, very comfortable, very clean but for once, the place was actually better than expected.
