Ocean-view townhome with easy beach access & large deck

There was mold in the bathrooms, broken outlets and broken lights, the patio furniture was to rusted to use without it hurting someone, and a missing smoke detector in one of the rooms I reached out about these issues and no one could be bothered to reach out during out week long stay

Fruit fly problem in kitchen. Dishwasher difficult to close and fridge did not close easily as fridge/sink/stove wall tipping inward. Trouble getting entry code to work; instructions would be helpful. AC in 2nd floor ocean front BR not working. TV not easy to figure out; instructions would be helpful. Property could use updating but in general nice.

The entire house was spotless. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The view was spectacular. The washer/dryer needs to be updated. It made a horribly loud sound but worked otherwise. Some of the toilet seats could also use replacing. The decor is dated, but not outside the norm for OCMD. The location was fantastic...right in the middle of town. Was a very good value overall.

Family reunion. Loved the deck and proximity to beach. Plenty of room for everyone.

Beachfront property with a massive second floor deck, outside shower, and ground level storage area stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. House was very clean, well maintained and well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and glasses. We brought an extra table for the deck because, although the house sleeps 12, the dining room table only has room for 6. Extra refrigerator/freezer on the ground floor was clutch, and the ping pong table kept our kids busy for hours! Beds were comfortable, and it was so nice to be supplied with bed linens and towels. Would 100% recommend.

Our large family fit well in the rental. It was so nice to be so close to the beach. There were plenty of bathrooms for all us. We could look out our window while laying in bed and watch the sunrise. Tons of kitchen tools and items. Really nothing to complain about. We will consider rebooking.

4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms was very nice to have for 7+ people.

We booked a lil later this year n missed out on a place we usually stay. All I can say is I’m so glad we couldn’t book our usual place. We absolutely loved the beach house. So spacious, beautiful views , furniture/beds comfortable. Loved that owners had beach items for us to use …beach chairs/sand toys. My boys loved ping pong table. The outdoor shower was great to have and hose to clean sand off. Even my 2y/o nephew loved the silly steps lol. We did have a truck so we could only fit one vehicle in spot, but additional parking few steps away. We will definitely be coming back next year.

We loved this place! Very clean! Can’t get any closer to the beach! Bedrooms spacious, flat screen on wall in every bedroom! We definitely would stay here again! The people are great to work with and book as well!

This townhome was a great stay for our group of 7. There was so much space to spread out, it was so nice to have plenty bathrooms, the outdoor shower was an awesome touch, and such a quick walk to the beach made it super convenient with kids and toys. The property appears dated, but very well kept and we loved the steps! We will be back to stay again!

Spacious beach house located conveniently near some of the best bars and restaurants Ocean City has to offer. House is clean and includes all amenities you could need for a great beach trip. Appliances are old but everything is in good working order

This Condo is located perfectly not to far away from restaurants and the boardwalk but far enough away to be private and quiet. Wonderful views and easy access to the beach. Can't wait to come back!!!
