Ocean View! Pool, Waterslide, Elevator & Firepit

The facilities and proximity to the beach were great, as was the support from the hosts. Because we arrived at the tail end of a 40 storm event, there was a need for some impromptu maintenance. This was handled quickly and professionally.

House was great! Need to replace all light bulbs underneath the house (parking area) for night time use. Very dark and difficult to unload. House was in good shape overall and well stocked kitchen!

Great location and loved the pool

Lovely home with stunning views to wake up to and waves to fall asleep to every day. Worth every penny. We went during the off season and it was 10 steps to the beach, with bonfires each night. If this house is available next year we would love to come back.

This is our second year at this home and will certainly be back again.

Gorgeous view.

Property had lots of issues that were reported to our contact. Broken ceiling fan, no lights by pool, leak from overhead stove vent, light not working over dining room table, ice maker not working. Rick, technician, was great with taking care of what he could. Wouldn't stay at this property again but the location is awesome.

This is a wonderful house. It is right across the street from the beach. A beautiful view from the front porch. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that we needed. We loved the pool area. It was very easy to check in on our arrival day. Would visit again!

We had a great stay with our family. View from the 3rd level is beautiful. Kids really enjoyed the pool and slide. Great stay for family. And the elevator was very helpful for our grandparents.

We were so impressed with how nice and helpful everyone was. The gal cleaning the house was so welcoming and the management company was available to help every time I called them.Great location and great place to stay!!

Beautiful home. Very accommodating Easy beach access. My only complaint was pool not heated first day and only heated to 80/82*

This home is beautiful and spacious with amazing ocean views - you get both sunrise and sunset views from this location! The kitchen is well stocked with many small appliances and enough dishes, bowls, cups, utensils, etc. for a large group. Beds are comfortable which is a plus. Beach access is directly across the street. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are all very close (many within walking distance). Pool was fabulous! We asked that it be heated for our stay and it was perfect for the cooler temps we had. We would definitely choose this home for our next stay in Oak Island.

Our stay at this Oak Island, North Carolina beach house was nothing short of fantastic. The property offered breathtaking ocean views, with both sunrise and sunset creating stunning backdrops each day. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking to TVs in every room for winding down in the evenings. The elevator was a game-changer, making access to all levels effortless.Though it was just the two of us, the home had more than enough space to accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. The location was ideal—just a short distance from great restaurants and bars, adding to the convenience. Whether we were cooking, lounging on the deck, or taking in the beautiful scenery, every moment felt effortless and enjoyable. We would absolutely return for another stay!

The view on the third floor is amazing. The location is excellent for walking every where. We will be back.

Comfortable, great location, nice furniture, good beds

We had a terrible storm the first night we were there. 20+ inches of rain, but the property was high enough to keep us and our cars safe while all around us was flooding. The house is very comfortable with great views and a fantastic pool. i would recommend this house to everyone.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was a perfect location, with all of the conveniences we needed. We will definitely plan to stay here again next year!

Nice house and pool.

Perfect house for our family. Great location with just a skip across to the beach! Walking distance to several restaurants and just a short trip to Southport. Looking forward to staying again.

This is a fantastic home - great location, convenient to shops, grocery, and dining. Even though it's technically 2nd Row, it has incredibly easy beach access. The walkway to the beach is right across the street - and, it couldn't be more than 150' long. The pool is wonderful, but could use a bit more shaded areas - 1 umbrella isn't enough. The elevator works flawlessly and is a huge help especially when loading & unloading. The view from the upper level deck is amazing! Small item - wonderful gas range/oven, but not your typical intuitive to use appliance. I would suggest asking for instructions ahead of time - particularly if you plan on using the oven. That's a small item though - I would highly, highly recommend this home! Our group consisted of a wide variety in ages, and we all had a wonderful, fun time!
