Stayed Jul 14, 2024This was a very comfortable house for our ladies getaway. We each (4 total) had our own sleeping area (one slept in the upstairs loft). Beds were comfy. The upstairs living area was great for watching the sunset and movies. Kitchen and dining area was nicely laid out for cooking and conversation yet we were close to restaurants for the nights we didn't want to cook. Was quite windy when we stayed so didn't use the outdoor deck area much but it would have been nice for bbq'ing if the wind was calmer. Hydrangeas and fuchsias in the yard were beautiful. Great to have off-street parking. Loved how quiet the neighborhood was for being in town and loved the easy beach access. We all agreed we'd come back here again, perhaps next year if it works out.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024A friend and I celebrated our birthdays with a long weekend at the beach and this Nye Beach house was lovely: views of the ocean, super close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and clearly really thoughtfully put together for guests. Communication with the host was easy and clear, making the whole process really smooth.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024Great stay in Newport! You cannot beat this location. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Plus, Deidre was really quick to respond to any question I had. The home was clean & much larger than I thought it would be. I would totally book this home again.

Stayed Feb 22, 2024This will be our go to rental for stays in Newport! Very comfortable accommodates with 2 full baths which is necessary for a group of ladies. Kitchen is easy to cook in while still participating in the conversations.
