Ocean-view home with private pool, hot tub, two wraparound decks, & central AC

This house was just what we were looking for. Close walk to the beach. Large pool for all to enjoy. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of room for dinners together. Just absolutely perfect for my family to enjoy a week away.

The house was immaculate. It suited all our needs. The house limit is 8 but the entire house could easily accommodate 10-12. The house did provide complementary samples of dish detergent, dishwasher powder, a sponge and laundry detergent along with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Thankful we packed everythine would need for the kitchen. There was not even salt or pepper available. Be aware either pack essentials for the kitchen or the local Food Lion was approx 20 min away. The pool was surprisingly large and the hot tub was nice. Clean...There was an ice maker on the lower level which came in handy. The 3 decks were great and the furniture was sturdy and comfortable. It would have been nice to have that type of furniture around the pool instead of the plastic furniture. The walk to the beach was approx 5 minutes away. Climbing the path to the beach could be hard for people with physical issues. Overall, it was a wonderfuI week. I would definitely recommend this beach rental.

Beautiful place, relaxing and clean!

Really enjoyed the house and loved the new deck and deck furniture and the 4th floor viewing deck was great. Mattresses appeared to be new and we really liked them. Dressers were old and hard to open. A few things were missed in cleaning. Online we were told check-in was 4:00 then received an email saying it was 5:00, arrived at 3:30 and it was cleaned and empty so I called but they would not let me go in, so I waited for an hour and a half before I could enter an empty house even though I had paid for that full day!

Well equipped super comfortable home, very close to beach access. Would absolutely stay again.

Large beds. Great views. Wonderful natural lighting. Just right for friends to relax and have fun for a week!!

The location to the beach is great. The dune could be tricky for people as it is steep. The layout of the home is very functional. Having a hot tub and pool made the week vert enjoyable. Kitchen is well stocked. The home could have been cleaner. The outstairs AC struggled with mid 80s temps outside.

THE GOOD Beautiful spacious bedrooms Well stocked kitchen Clean and very fun pool and hot tub Rokus on every tv Short walk to the beach THE BAD Almost all the outdoor furniture has broken arms, holes in the seat or chipping rust. The gate to the pool is broken While getting plates from the cabinet the whole shelf fell sending dozens of plates and bowls to the floor and my daughter got hit. The shelf was missing a peg so it was bound to happen to someone. We encountered several cockroaches so had to take extra measures when we came home to ensure we weren't bringing them into our home. OVERALL I would recommend this house. We had a great week and had everything we needed and wanted. They need to fix some things and then it would be a perfect house.

Numerous things not working. Called maintenance for 4 days to come fix it never got done. Food and stuff under couch. Main bedroom on top floor not dusted. All Shower curtains is mold and mildew and none of the bathroom sinks would drain. Since Vacasa took over it’s horrible. Loved outer beaches. Won’t rent from them again

Both the home and Vacasa needs work. No deck chairs. Appliances were old and refrigerator broke during stay requiring is to throw out all groceries. Toilets were soiled with urine stains even though sanitizing strip was placed on the toilet. Management company is next to impossible to reach via phone. And through text they were not very helpful when the refrigerator broke beyond telling us that they will put the work order in but can't help us beyond that ... And would not provide us with a local number.
