This three-bedroom beach house offers all the comforts of home with a great location just above the beach! A nearby staircase leads to the stunning beach, studded with waterfalls and rock formations. Or, head to the southern portion of the Oceanside coast to enjoy views of Three Arch Rocks Natural Wildlife Refuge and its resident puffins, bald eagles, and peregrine falcons. Active types will enjoy easy access to hiking, horseback riding, fishing, kayaking, and crabbing. More leisurely activities include visiting the nearby scenic lighthouses or the cheese factory. Downtown Oceanside's charming cafes are just a short drive away.
The living area offers comfortable seating with a cable TV and DVD player for family movie nights. Sliding glass doors lead out onto the covered porch, with a hot tub and a picnic table overlooking the ocean. The full kitchen (no dishwasher) is open and bright, with a dining table for enjoying meals together. A washer/dryer is convenient for longer stays and packing light. Those who need to work or have remote classes will appreciate the complimentary WiFi and peaceful environment - working on vacation has never been so pleasant!

Cell phone service is extremely limited in Oceanside - Netarts, the closest town with reliable service, is about three miles away.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Pros: Hot tub and location was amazing, great view from the hot tub. It's a quiet little street out of town. Cons: the mattresses in the house were the worst I have ever slept on, they were absolutely horrible. House was a little outdated with a lot of little things not working quite right. If the mattresses could be replaced I would stay here again.
Fabulous location and views, clean but spartan. The pullout couch in the 3rd bedroom is very uncomfortable for sleeping- it should be a bed, as there’s no reason to sit on the sofa in an empty white room with only an overhead light for company.
There were 8 burned out light bulbs, the lint trap looked like a blanket, it’s 1.5 bathrooms not 2, the mattress were very uncomfortable probably 30 years old and disgusting full of stains, ripped carpet in the rooms and the blinds don’t fit the window, sinks drain very slowly, one of the bedrooms had very tiny ants in the sheets, dishes in the kitchen we’re not clean, screen door falls off when you move it, blinds on the sliding door fall off if you open them, the list goes on and on, I’m pretty sure they bought everything from good will, and I don’t want to think about the hot tub I was in.
The hot tub was nice, but otherwise, broken kitchen faucet, limited kitchen equipment, dull knives, broken toilet seat, no kitchen pot holders, 20 year old double sized beds+ uncomfortable. Keyless entry lock is broken-took up to 12 times entering the code to open, broken bathroom shower head.
Quiet neighborhood with beautiful view. Phone/wi-fi reception poor, kitchen furnishings modest (bring your own oven mitt), cleanliness not up to our (reasonable) expectations
Beautiful view! Clean well kept house. Quiet street walkable to ocean front. Everything in working order including nice clean hot tub.
The location is amazing, just a short walk from our favorite beach on the coast. The unit has a great view and is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. If there was better attention to detail this would get a 5 star review. However, the mattresses were old, dirty, and badly worn out, making sleep difficult. Also there wrre only 4 hangers in the unit, which is an odd amenity to skimp on given the cost. If the mattresses were replaced I'd highly recommend.

Simple and perfect.
This property was perfect for us. Not too small or big and situated out of the way so we were not around a bunch of people.
Oceanside is a great town, so much beautiful scenery.
