Inside each space, you’ll find vibrant, open-concept interiors thoughtfully designed for connection and comfort. Please note: the bungalows do not have air conditioning, but the coastal breeze and ceiling fans keep interiors comfortable year-round.

The living areas invite you to kick back on plush seating, spin a record on the turntable, or unwind with a movie night on the TV. Fully equipped kitchens with barstool seating make it easy to gather for everything from pancake breakfasts to evening charcuterie and wine.

Both bedrooms are thoughtfully styled with clean, coastal touches, and the bonus sleep sofa gives everyone a cozy spot to crash after a day of salty air and seaside adventures. A sleep sofa in the living room provides additional space.

Home Truths:
- There is no washer or dryer, but an iron and ironing board are provided.
- There is no air conditioning.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There is no washer and dryer in the unit, and it is not available for guest use within the condo complex. The nearest laundromat is Laundraland, located at 489 S Ocean Ave., Cayucos.
- Please note that this unit is located in a shared building, and the balcony is not private or enclosed.

Parking Details:
- Parking is located at the back of the building and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    This unit is perfect! Very spacious two bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was wonderful. Fully stocked with anything we needed. The best part is the deck. Plenty of seating. The view was incredible! Great location. We could walk to everything downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here. We look forward to coming back!

    First reserving and checking in all online was effortless. AvantStay was on top of checking in and making sure we had everything we need. We were busy enjoying the sights along the coast road (and the cuisine) so didn’t really use the well stocked kitchen. Loved everything about the unit especially the wonderful balcony and its furnishings (that lounge couch!!). I would definitely come back .

    The location directly across from the beach, and right on the main street in Cayucos is absolutely unbeatable. Virtual lobby was always very responsive. The only suggestion I would have would be to improve the beds. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom is sagging to the middle and the bed frames used on both beds are aluminum frames that make a significant amount noise every time you move. And there are extremely bright lights that stay on all night right outside both bedrooms.

    A wonderful stay! The location cannot be beat! Stunning ocean and pier views! Within walking distance to all Cayucos has to offer. Vacasa was communicative and accessible. We had a great time!

    This property was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and people. One thing to consider is that there are many stairs. We enjoyed our time there.

    The freezer was leaking and the floor was flooded. I was asked to pull the refrigerator out to turn off the water. And no one came by until the next day when the leaking started showing up downstairs. When the plumber fixed the problem and cleaned up the mess I thought is was over. At that point I would have been satisfied and given an 5 star review except they unplugged the refrigerator completely causing food to spoil and drinks to go warm. And no ice. I was trying to enjoy my vacation but had to deal with that. When I inquired about why was it unplugged. Again I had to be the one to pull out the refrigerator and I plugged it back in. I asked why was it unplugged in the first place?!? That is unknown. One mistake that snowballed causing me to deal with this while on vacation is unfair.

    This property was great for our family of 5 to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Cal Poly SLO. Property was clean and as described. Great location in Cayucos with a beautiful view. We will definitely be back.
