House was great, views magnificent. A few to many stairs for elderly & keys /locks need to be replaced as getting into the house was very hard

We spent most of our time in the swimming pool and it was just perfect! We love cooking and the kitchen was so well equipped. The owner has thought of everything! The team at Whitsunday Holiday Rentals were fantastic and only a phone call away if we needed any activities booked. Can't recommend this house or agency enough. We will be back!!

Plenty of stairs to deal with, becareful with small children and the Elderly. The pool was in need of a clean, so too the bbq area and the floors inside. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends.

However, the cleaning was very poor. Also I needed pest control as they were ants everywhere throughtout the kitchens as we had to wash all plates again every day which were left overnight to dry. Dust mites were all over beds and all had allergy to them. Towels were torn and only one roll of toilet paper provided in each toilet and some were not a full roll.

The house itself is quite unusual in layout with a large central staircase linking four levels, however this is great if you have a large group of people who seek a high standard location with the option to have some privacy if required. The staircase in the house is quite steep so need to take some care if you have small children. Overall, a fantastic place and well worth the cost in comparison to a hotel option or smaller venue for multiple groups or people.

Our 3 generation family had “the best holiday ever” as stated by the grandchildren.My only concern is that the advertising did not mention that the home was over 5 floors and my husband has mobility issues which provided a challenge. The pool also had no rails and difficult steps for someone with mobility issues. A poolside toilet would also avoid the need to walk back into the house wet.

Arriving at the property there was a very foul smell through the downstairs bedroom and living area coming from the bathroom drains. The house was priced well for what it is.If you’re elderly I would not recommend as there’s about 6 levels and plenty of stairs. Overall the house is quite nice and well presented other than a little run down. BUT i wouldn’t not recommend this house if you want to breath!!! The neighbours rang about noise complaints 3 times on the first night before the noise curfew. We were just downstairs talking with very light music playing and they kept ringing saying we’re too loud LOL. We could hear them coming outside and spying on what we doing. They could easily approach us if they think we’re too loud rather than just ringing and complaining for absolutely nothing making us sound like we’re having a party. So if you are planing on making the SLIGHTEST bit of noise than don’t even bother with this house.

Reviewer Comments: The house is epic – there is loads of space and all the furniture and facilities you might possibly need, plus the incredible view is just like in the pictures. The layout of the house means it suits families or groups as there are plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas. There are large dining tables inside and outside and different areas to relax and chill – my favourite being the cabana next to the pool. Probably best of all is the view – you don’t need to try hard to be amazed by it – just look out of the window or go outside and it’s there! The house is well located with the lookout walking trail starting just across the road, the town and coral sea marina being just a couple of minutes away, and the supermarket close by. The house is great for hanging out at all day, or as a base to explore the area and Whitsundays by land or water. Will definitely be returning here.
