Stayed Oct 11, 2025House and community were nice. We loved bay’s small beach area for our 4 year old! We watched a bird fish for its dinner, which was fascinating. Third-floor balcony view was amazing! Great communication. Sadly, the pool wasn’t heated (we had cooler weather) yet which we knew from description, and the hot tub didn’t work at all. Owner contacted the HOA and kept us informed, but it wasn’t resolved during our stay. There are multiple bikes, but many were rusted or had flat tires from the salty air. Beds were comfy; kitchen had what we needed. The starter kits in kitchen and bathrooms were a nice touch. Gulf beach was walkable formy husband with a backpack cooler, but we rented a golf cart for our little boy and other items. Overall, a great stay and would return!!

Stayed Oct 8, 2025Wonderful home for adults and children. Came with 7 children under 11. They played in the sand, ping pong, the sound and never wanted to come in. Home was well stocked and had plenty of room! Very comfortable and convenient to anything we wanted to do. Would recommend this home to everyone!

Stayed Aug 2, 2025The house was located in a nice neighborhood and really quiet. The house is great for young people who can get up and down stairs easily. Many stairs as main suite and most bedrooms are on the third level. The little beach at the back was nice. Unfortunately it rained almost our entire visit and the surf was rough and many jellyfish kept us out of the water. There was no information binder as stated in our sign in information but since we have been to Navarre before we kind of knew some of the things going on in the area. Overall the house had everything needed and was really nice. Thank you for sharing your home.
