Love the location of this house and the crows nest!

The place had everything we needed and the location was good. We will keep it in mind for future visits to the obx.

I loved the fact that we coukd take our three little furbabies with us and we had a fenced in front yard for them.The unit was older but a great deal for the money and i will stay again.I would love to rent the same place again next year.

This house was perfect for our family of 4 plus pups! The kitchen table was nice and large to play games and the beds and bathrooms were clean and tidy.The walkway to the beach was very easy and the outside decks allowed us to always have views of the water.I really appreciated the mud room with the washer/dryer to help organize stuff and the fenced in yard was so helpful.The only suggestion I would have is to update the screened in porch and include a larger table to eat outside.

First stay at an online rental. Loved it, loved it, loved it. Clean, spacious, and lots of amenities. Parking right next to the unit. Very easy access to the beach. Outdoor shower to wash the sand off. Dog friendly. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

This house is in a great location. Well stocked. We enjoyed the crows nest the most! Just a couple suggestions to make- the king mattress was extremely uncomfortable and sunk in on both sides. Might be time to replace. Also, since this is a pet friendly rental, carpets on the stairs inside would be nice. Our dog had a hard time going up and down. Otherwise, everything was great!

Great location! This house is on the beach side with maybe 3 or 4 other houses in front of the beach. Only a short walk to the beach. We went to the Wrights Brothers National Memorial (20 minutes), jockeys ridge state park (10 minutes), and cape hatteras light house (1 hour). The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and plates and bowls and utensils. great view of ocean from the crows nest. Front fenced yard is dog friendly.

House is a little dated, but location was good! Right on beach and near many restaurants. Only complaint is towels feel like sand paper and are way too rough. Plus fenced in area for dog is very tiny and best for a small dog not big enough for a big dog!

We spent 4 days at Laughing Gull #1 and had a wonderful stay! The beach is just right over the dune and it's within walking distance of Jeanette's Pier. We were fortunate to have a warm weather day and our girls played in the ocean and enjoyed the hot water shower outside. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bunk bed room, queen room and laundry room are on the entry level. Upstairs is the king bedroom, living room and kitchen. Both levels have a full bathroom. The layout of the house was ideal for our family.

This property was fabulous, awesome screen porch, fenced yard for the dogs, easy access to the beach, had every amenity needed in the kitchen, beds were comfortable crows nest was fabulous. The linens provided were such a nice touch, truly, this was a magnificent house along with its location.
