There is a noise ordinance for 10p so don’t plan to party late. The house was very well stocked with nice things, special appliances for water and ice were greatly appreciated. The pool was very nice, when heated it was comfortable. The hot tub is not a hot tub. Overall highly recommend.

We stayed for a family vacation with our adult children and their significant others and one nearly 2 year old and it was absolutely perfect. The location on the beach was ideal and allowed us to go back and forth from the beach to the pool and to the house easily and as we pleased. The house and property were very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach chairs & towels and even some pool toys. Communication was great, Jonie even stopped by after our arrival to make sure we understood everything and that everything was acceptable. There are 2 garage slots that are somewhat small and our Tahoe did not fit in but Jonie showed us where we could park that vehicle. The entire area felt very safe and friendly and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for the convenience of being on the beach.

Best sunset view just sitting on large balconies . Loved the pool and being right on beach. We really did not have to leave home to entertain kids. Large kitchen pretty well stocked. Good size family room area. The bedroom configuration worked for our family. Huge master bedroom with bath . Smaller bedroom with queen and bedroom with 2 bunks doubles on bottom bunks. Shared bath in hall upstairs. Lower bedroom bottom level we did not use, but we used bathroom thru bedroom room daily with pool right there. It may have been awkward if someone had to stay in that room with us walking thru all day. Overall house may need some work but that did not matter cause the pool and beach and sunset are the highlight of the home. Highly recommend beach is beautiful white sand and clear waters.

We had a fantastic time here. The home had plenty of room for all 9 of us. Was amazing to be right on the beach. The views from the house and pool were incredible. A family vacation we will never forget. Our grandson also found 14 shark teeth on our walks along the veach

If anything, the pictures of the pool area don’t do it justice. It is lovelier in person. The convenience of the house is a real plus. Restaurants, Publix, all sorts of shops are with in minutes from the house.Something unusual happened right after we arrived. Julian, our Beach Time contact, stopped by to check on us and make certain everything was as we expected. Customer service was exceptional.The Pink House is our favorite of all the properties where we have stayed.

I'm now back in Ohio, and I already miss that property so much. My entire family was wowed by the home, its location, and the service we received by the rental company. We are already looking on our calendar to come back. The amenities, space (fully stocked kitchen accessories!) and bathrooms were beautiful.You never have to leave, the beach is right by the pool, enough shade for breaks, and we walked down the beach to a Parisian cafe with great coffee and pastries.

First, the photos are accurate and reflect all of the attributes of the property. The setting and views are without equal. Second, the response from the BTR staff was excellent when we had a question either before the visit (Mona) or during our stay (Joanie). When a few small issues cropped up during the week (like a fault code on a clothes dryer), the response from the staff was quick and the contractors sent to repair the issue were professional and friendly. We were most pleased with the efforts of the entire BTR team and would recommend them to future renters. It was great to have local folks with an office down the street who knew the property well and took great care to make our stay a memorable one.

Being so close to the beach and having beautiful balconies was worth every penny. We would stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay. The house was large, clean, fully furnished and in a great location. We will definitely return!

It’s like waking up to a picture post card every morning and the sunsets are amazing! Our 3,4 and 9 year old literally lined up their seats on the balcony to watch the sun “go into the water”! Our group wants to go back next year! Balcony to pool to beach in just a few steps! Yes please!

Management very helpful, responsive. Layout of townhouse and location / pool is worth the expense. Enjoyed it enough to book for the following year!
