The living room is adorned with a brand-new sectional couch and TV, providing the ideal space to unwind after a day of sun and beach. Revel in the upgraded amenities, including two new king-size beds and bedroom furniture, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Bedroom Bliss: This 5-bedroom haven ensures everyone finds their comfort zone. The downstairs Master Bedroom features a Queen bed and an attached bathroom/tub with a TV. The upstairs Master Bedroom boasts a King bed, attached bathroom/tub, and TV. The 3rd and 4th Bedrooms share a bathroom – the 3rd has a Twin over Full bunk bed with a trundle, while the 4th showcases a King bed and TV. The 5th Bedroom on the upper floor hosts Twin over Twin bunk beds.

Fresh Linens: Linens are included, and fresh ones are provided with each rental, including bedding and bath towel set.

Family-Friendly: Your child's safety is our priority; a gate on the deck ensures worry-free play. After a sandy beach day, utilize the outdoor shower on the right of the garage before entering the house or hose off on the deck.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare gourmet meals with ease using full-sized stainless steel appliances – double door refrigerator, glass cooktop stove, microwave, oven, crockpot, dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender. Take your cooking outdoors with a convenient gas grill.

Your beach journey begins with a personalized door code, ensuring a seamless and secure entry into your coastal haven.

Access to Ocean Lakes:
To make the most of your stay, access to the OL family Campground is a breeze. I'll coordinate with the main office, ensuring they're ready to welcome you. Expect an email confirmation with instructions on applying for an express check-in parking pass, offering a discounted rate of $12/day per vehicle instead of $15/day per vehicle at the gate. This entry fee of a parking pass grants you access to both the amenities and the water park.

Parking Made Easy:
Our beach house can accommodate up to three vehicles. For any extra vehicles, there's a convenient remote parking option available at a nominal fee of $8/day in a secure lot.

House Rules:
-Check-in: 4:00 PM, Check-out: 10:00 AM.
-No smoking/vaping, underage drinking, illegal drugs, pets, fireworks, or parties/events.
-Renters must be over age 25.
-Preserve furniture and bedding, avoid wet suits and sunblocks on furniture.
-Keep the sandy feet at bay and utilize the outdoor shower before entering. Dust off sand before entering, especially on the way upstairs.
