Breathtaking views from every room! Beautifully two level home with approximately 2,500 sq ft, located on the desirable terraces allowing incredible panoramic views of Avalon and harbor. This two story main residence has been renovated with some original details retained. Main level consist of a living room with a wood burning fireplace, open living area with large windows to capture the remarkable views, gourmet kitchen & top of the line appliances.
Lower level contains the three bedroom with TVs and access to balcony offering city and ocean views. The master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, sitting area, large closet and beautiful master bathroom with dual sink. Guest bedroom with queen size bed, closet and shared, guest bathroom in the hallway. Third room has a Queen bed.
Both levels of the house feature a large balcony with plenty of seating, bbq and amazing views of the ocean, casino, green pier and more.
The house comes with a complimentary 6 passenger limo-style golf cart.

Beautiful view on the Avalon marina. The golf cart was a must with this location as it would be a lot of climbing hills to get to the house.
We had a very nice stay at this property. Overall, the house was perfectly situated to see the bay and lights of Avalon at night. We took advantage of the beautiful kitchen with well-stocked cooking implements. The golf cart is a must on the island - we took long drives around town and into the mountains. The only issue we encountered when checking in was the sticky lockbox - three people tried to unlock the lockbox but the lever was stuck. This may have been due to the light rain. Fortunately, the garage door was unlocked and we were able to enter the property after 40 minutes of waiting outside.
We go to Catalina at least twice a year, it has been our relaxing go-to for many years. We looked forward to relaxation at this wonderful property and yes, this is a beautiful home with fantastic views. Unfortunately, the local property management company does not communicate with the owner. We booked this property 4 months in advance. We were suddenly woken up on Saturday morning at 6:45 by people on the roof, yelling at each other and chain saws buzzing and footsteps banging. A large tree on the property over the house was being cut- so much work that we couldn't get out of the house because the narrow street was blocked. This obviously ruined our day and our relaxation. The property company did eventually come and help us get out. We asked the representative if we could get some compensation for the time lost, by extending our check out time to later. He agreed and said sure, he was sorry. When checkout time came, the maids showed up angry that we were not gone. Nobody communicated to them our updated checkout time. Oh, and we also had a plumbing problem on the first day and two sets of plumbers had to show up to make a sink and shower function. We again asked for some type of credit or anything from the property management company- They flat out refused and said none of it was their problem. This is NOT how to run a property management company. so wrong. We would appreciate some type of credit. Thank you, Keven Vaughan
Nice getaway with the family With a Father’s Day celebration and our anniversary. We loved the beautiful three bedroom 2 1/2 bath house with a nice Waterview!
