Ocean Gulf front Luxury w/Community Pool - Relaxing Retreat, great family rental

This home was a wonderful treat four our entire family. There was plenty of room to just enjoy each others company or have some time alone. The view was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked and had some wonderful extras like blenders and crockpots. There were awesome thoughtful things like extra pillows, high chair, playpen, floor fans, game systems, board games, and books. Tons of beach gears was located in the storage unit for use. Shawn was wonderful with communication. Just a great family trip!! Thank you!

Our entire family truly enjoyed Dolphin East. There was something for everyone! It met all our needs: plenty of rooms, views from multiple levels, the ocean right out the back door, place for wee ones to play down stairs, room to spread out, big table for family dining and game nights, well stocked kitchen for cooking, multiple fridges, even a place for you to get a little solitude away from the bustle of a big family. My personal favorite was the master with the porch. If you don’t feel like going out to the beach, you can sit up there and still enjoy all the best parts of it without the sand. It rained on us a couple of days, but that didn’t hinder us from having a good time because there’s enough room to keep kids and grownups busy if you can’t get outside. The neighborhood was friendly and felt very safe. We love being away from the busy beach activities, but still close enough to drive there. There were plenty of restaurant options within a few minutes drive and stores for those things we forgot. The beds were comfortable, the towels were wonderful, and there were enough bathrooms for all of us without having to wait on anyone to finish- that’s important with Littles. Our grown kids enjoyed the patio seating in the early mornings and evenings while the littles played on the screened-in back porch. The host was quick with responses also. Beach view just steps from the water. Every amenity needed for a perfect family beach vacation. Ample space in the living and dining areas. Spacious kitchen and great grilling area. Family is already talking about next year!

We had a great stay at

Great property with ocean view, short easy walk to the beach. Very well stocked kitchen , especially for a lot of people. Spacious kitchen with two refrigerators was very nice. The door that leads to downstairs doesn’t stay closed very well, along with the screen door on back porch is hard to close. Good deck chairs to enjoy the view. The balcony was big enough for storing beach gear, would be nice to have some hooks for beach towels to dry. We donated boogie boards and beach toys to add to the hug collection of beach chairs and floats. There were a few light bulbs out. Good amount of bath towels and the big washer and dryer is great! The beds are comfortable and the ceiling fans are fantastic. Could benefit from a rug outside the back door to wipe the feet a bit more. Unfortunately the floors weren’t cleaned very well and the outside decks were very sandy. The house is spacious and comfortable and would stay there again, the cleaning crew just missed the boat this time.

The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed family meals around the large table.

Absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful, the views are beautiful, everything was beautiful. Very clean and up to date. It has the best air conditioner in the south. We had 5 kids with us ranging from 1 year old to 6 years old and it was the perfect set up for them.

The house and location are better than the listing!

Everything was nice. We really didn’t need to bring any chairs, boogie boards or sand buckets, they had everything. We even left some things to add to the collection. Our room did not have a tv, but that’s okay, it was peaceful without it. The teens tv didn’t work. Overall we had a great time, great location.

This was our second year we stayed at Dolphin East for our Annual Family Vacation. We had a blast on the beach and at the Beach House. We love the location of the house and it’s location to the beach. Awesome Gulf Front views and easy to get in and out when you’re visiting the area. Very clean, recently updated and lots of room for a family. The owner Shawn is awesome to work with and is great with communication. I highly recommend the Dolphin East for family time on the beach!! We will definitely be back for another Annual Family Vacation!! Thanks Shawn for sharing your awesome Beach Home!!

Loved the room to spread out in the living room and kitchen in this home-plenty of seating for everyone! Kitchen is well-stocked. There is a storage closet by parking for beach toys/chairs/boogies boards (we brought our own, but there seemed to be a little of everything except umbrellas). The screened in porch and exterior deck gave plenty of room to spread out outside. Didn't encounter any problems while staying here and the host was quick to respond.
