The views from sunrise to sunset are stunning - from the Ocean to the Ocean Course to the marsh and pond, it was truly amazing. The house itself is immaculate, brand new and incredibly well thought out for large groups. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and the bedrooms were spacious and tranquil with private spaces for people to relax away from the wonderful open family room. The pool and all the porches had comfortable and ample seating for all. An absolutely perfect spot!

The bedrooms are big, and the views are beautiful. The location was also very good, and Hillary was very easy to work with and helpful when we needed assistance. My only disclaimer would be that it is an older house which requires some minor repairs and updates. If that is important to you, then this may not be the house for you. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it as the views are more than worth it.

House definitely in need of upgrade / uplift which I understand the new owner has planned for this Fall. Need to wear sandals or flip flops on back deck due to old, splinttery wood -- several of us got splinters when going out there bare foot.

Unfortunately this property is a fabulous location but it is very tired and in great need for a renovation.
