OCEAN FRONT, perfect GULF SIDE, WEST END location! 3 king suites plus bunk room!

This was our third spring break at this house. It meets our family’s needs very well. It was very clean and fresh when we arrived and that’s always a plus. The washer and dryer had been upgraded. We love that the house is right on the beach! See you next year!

We absolutely loved staying here! The proximity to the beach was amazing, we slept to the sound of rolling waves. We saw dolphins, stingrays, incredible sunsets, and caught all sorts of fish: red drum, black drum, whiting, and even a pampano! Our kids adored it as well, playing in the sand and waves just below the house. It was a vacation to remember!

This was our first time renting a house on the beach and over the years we’ve rented many houses at various locations and we will say this was the nicest place we’ve ever stayed.

Wonderful place to stay for a beach vacation! Stunning views with multiple places to watch the sunrise and sunset. The house was great for multiple families wanting to stay in the same house. There was plenty of space for everyone! The host always responded quickly to my messages and was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and we will be back!

The house is very well stocked and comfortable! The only thing that could be improved upon was the cleanliness. Sheets and towels were clean and fresh, but the floors were not pristine. Some of the tubs did not drain well, and the freezer door was about to break. These items were definitely not a deal breaker. For a large extended family this property is perfect. The owner caters to children, and provided toys, books and games to make their stay enjoyable. The ocean front views are beautiful and parking is plentiful for 4 cars. This is a real plus! The upper balcony was a peaceful morning and evening quiet place.

This beach house was just what our family needed for the Labor Day weekend. Great location! It was wonderful to step out the door and the beach and ocean were your literal backyard! The house provided everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. If our family finds their way back to Dauphine Island, we would book this lovely house again.

Our group of six adults and two toddlers had a great week at this beach house. It is amazingly close to the beach.There are two really nice covered decks that we enjoyed almost as much as the beach. It has a large, adequately furnished kitchen. It was very clean. The bedrooms were comfortable. The host communication is excellent. She provided her cell number.We would stay here again for sure.

This is our second stay here and we loved it! Cleanliness was only 4 stars because we arrived an hour and a half after check in and the cleaning staff was still on site. They did not finish, however when I reached out, the owner was responsive and offered to correct it.There was an issue with the AC, however the owner was responsive and it was corrected as soon as possible. (Thank you!)The house has almost everything you need to have a relaxing and comfortable stay. The water is steps away and there are plenty of chairs and toys on site. The kids had a blast and we look forward to returning in the future!

This was the perfect beach house for our family vacation!! The location directly on the beach was fabulous- sleeping to the crashing waves, morning swims, dolphin sightings, we beached all day. Beautiful home and perfectly relaxing stay- thank you.

Excellent location! The beds were all very comfortable. There was a lot of sand left in the floors and master shower and the kitchen definitely could use a deep clean. Overall we really enjoyed the house. My only actual complaint would be the outdoor furniture. It was metal and it was all rusted really badly. My daughter was actually cut by a rusty piece. And one chair actually collapsed when sat on.

This house is a great set up for our family. We love that it is directly on the beach and the balcony and decks are a favorite. Very good kitchen set up with a large refrigerator and plenty of cookware, etc. This is our second year at this property and we hope to be back again!

Been coming down to the island for years. This wasn’t our first stay in this house, nor will it be our last! We’re two family sharing a house for spring break with kids ranging from preschool to high school. This is a fantastic location, very comfortable for our group, and Kristen is really easy to communicate with. Just waiting for those 2026 dates to drop so we can book again next year!

My 2 daughters, 4 granddaughters and myself thoroughly enjoyed our time on Dauphin Island in this house. There were plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. The house is beautiful and in a great location. No huge crowds. We could watch dolphins, birds and other wildlife from our balconies or from our beach. This house is clean, comfortable and a great place to unwind and enjoy sunrises, sunsets, the ocean/ gulf and time with my girls. I would stay here again and have already recommended to other people.

This is our second time renting this home. We really enjoyed our stay this week…so quiet and relaxing. This home provides lots of room with all the amenities that you need. No need to walk to the beach….the outdoor deck is right there!Owner is always responsive with any concerns. Until next time!

We had a wonderful week here! The pictures represent the home well. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of dishes, appliances, pots/pans and utensils. It was perfect for taking long walks in either direction on the beach and sitting out on the decks. We hope to return!

First trip to Dauphin Island. Wonderful get away. House was stocked very well and communication with owners was great. Would definitely stay here again.

What a fantastic way to start the new year! It was especially fun to bring my dog, introducing her to the beach and to the ocean. The home was perfect on point in every way: the colors of the paint, the higher ceilings, the comfortable beds and spaciousness all made this rental beach home comfortable and beautiful. The location is right on the beach so you stepped to the sand and just almost 10 feet away is the Gulf of Mexico! I saw so many dolphins from the deck, had great beach walks saw amazing sunsets and sunrises. What a great place to come in the winter.

We had an amazing stay at this house. My entire family was able to go, so I got to spend the week with my daughters, their spouses and my grandchildren. The house had everything we needed and room for all 10 of us.

We loved the size of the house, the location to the ocean, and the off season.

No working elevator. Person came out could not get it to work. Said they would refund $75.00 per day. Lied. Came back and said nothing wrong with elevator.

The location of this property could not have been more perfect for our family! The location of the ocean to our back deck was a dream! Plenty of toys, chairs and large seashells! Everyone slept comfortably, and we had everything we could have ever needed in the kitchen. One thing that we are not used to was being responsible for putting all dishes and towels away after being cleaned. The trash never got picked up while we were there either but the owner was quick to tell us what we can do with our trash as it wasn’t ever picked up from the stay prior to ours. No one’s fault, just an unfortunate circumstance. We had a drainage issue and the owner was able to quickly send someone out to address it. We also had trouble with the freezer door but eventually got it open. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we are looking forward to coming back!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home right on the beach. Loved sitting out on the multiple covered decks and enjoying the view especially the dolphins. Home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a perfect relaxing vacation. Would definitely recommend
