Stayed Jul 13, 2025Perfect vacation home, we had a wonderful time. The home is comfortable and inviting. The view is unbeatable and the beach seemed private. Our dog felt right at home as well. The beds were comfortable as well and the home was very clean. We hope to stay here again in the near future.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025We loved our time at Beverly Beach! Home was super clean and stocked with all the amenities. My daughter and I enjoyed a morning bike ride to a local restaurant for coffee, family enjoyed beach walks and fishing, our dog loved barking at the birds. Felt like our own private beach, so relaxing! Close to a grocery store and restaurants. We loved it here! Thanks!

Stayed Apr 17, 2025Outstanding Flagler location, essentially your own private beachfront on the ocean. Ten steps to beach. Very quiet and peaceful, yet minutes from numerous restaurants. House was very clean and well supplied, note there are areas of flooring that are old and stained- this does not impact stay whatsoever. Many chairs supplied outside. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed May 16, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the beach house. The location is excellent with a quiet location yet still in close proximity to both St. Augustine and Daytona beach. Great small beach town vibe in Flagler beach as well. The house is great and literally on the beach. Our intersection with the host was also excellent. We hope to make this the first of may stays.
