Ocean Front family Home with Panoramic Views

Great stay. Our 2nd time, we will rent again!

Everything was just as advertised. Property manager was very nice and kept in touch. House was amazing.

We had the BEST time at this house. The views are WAY better than advertised. We have stayed at many Pajaro Dunes rentals and this one was the best. The sitting area in the front of the house, in the sand, was the biggest highlight. The wind was blocked and the view was unobstructed. We only had 4 people, but it could comfortably house 10. The kitchen was so awesome to cook in :)

Beautiful, spacious and a great view

We had a great long weekend at this Pajaro beach house. The house was cozy and we especially loved the sandy area facing the ocean - was wonderful to sit in the Adirondack chairs with toes in the sand and watch the waves. The location on the lane was convenient (no need to lug luggage up the boardwalks). The owners were very responsive to questions and provided helpful information. Would definitely stay again!

A comfortable rustic oceanfront /beachfront home in a perfect location!We rented out this gem for a last minute beach trip with kids and people 70. Downstairs area is perfect for kids and it was nice to have 2 bedrooms upstairs for the older seniors with mobility issues. The deck and the backyard facing the beach was incredible. It was actually super convenient that they had the dunes direct access to the beach fenced off . It protected the kids from hurting themselves (trying to go up and down a steep sandy dune) and also acted as a super convenient fence line where you can just leave the kids to play in the sand without worrying or really watching them all the time. It gave them their mini private beach as they called it. Kitchen worked well. We made alot of home cooked meals. The only thing that we didnt see or expect was that there were no simple toiletries available (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and the lack of toilet paper. It wasnt a big deal for us though, as we got there at 2 different times and we just told the later party - to bring us some :) ). The owner of the property was great and super friendly! He was easy to communicate with. He also let us book the place last minute AND to top it off - was able to grant us and incredible early check in and late checkout. What a deal! This place is definitely a repeat rental. Everything is perfect. The only thing that would make this place even more amazing for us is being pet friendly :) . Book this place!

Five high school friends celebrated all turning 70 together. Walks on the beach for some, walks on the grounds for others. We spent a lot of time watching the pelicans fishing and swooping, and generally enjoying life. We all highly recommend the catamaran tour of the Elkhorn slough by Monterey Eco Tours where we saw seals, harbor seals, sea otters, and magnificent flocks of birds. Highly recommended! Back to the house: The living room was comfortable, with great big windows to watch the waves and birds. We enjoyed the kitchen and the very ample collection of cooking ware and tableware. All the people I interacted with while renting the house were responsive and easy to work with. Our collective thanks!

Great house, great location. 2nd time renting this property. Just open the windows and losten to the roar of the ocean! We'll be back again next year.

We are very busy Bay Area families. We become whole again at the beach. My husband grew up spending summers at the beach and our children have been able to have this same privilege as well. As our kiddos grow and head off to college it is challenging to find a week when we can all convene, regroup, hang, eat together, play cards or just rot on the beach. The home was perfect for us. Clean and updated but comfortable and easy to clean up after kiddos. We have a daughter with special needs and she especially enjoyed having a beach to herself as the one in front of the house was ideal. She could hang in the sand yet I did not have to worry about her down near the water. Same would go for families with toddlers. We also appreciated the ample parking off the street- 4-5 cars no problem. We had young adult kid/drivers coming and going. It was great to have room for their cars. We rate the property a 10 out of 10 and have added it to our favorites to re-visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a wonderful time visiting Jerry’s home at Pajaro. The location and view is just perfect, nothing beats falling to sleep with the ocean waves just outside your window. Nearby in Moss Landing and Watsonville are multiple farm stands to stock up on all the fruits and vegetables that you need, making homemade dinners in the kitchen a dream. Our son flew kites in the wind and boogie boarded with seals. The rolling fog adds to the allure. We loved our stay and hope to be back.

We had one of the most amazing ocean view stays at this house. The house is literally opens up to the sand, the backyard is the beach...any closer to water and you will be on a boat ! The overall property was perfect for our stay, the upstairs bedrooms are roomy and have water view. The property does show its age but the kitchen is renovated, appliances are new and wonderful and outdoors couldn't be better. We stayed in all days were easily able to have all meals at the property and enjoyed the beach to the fullest. The wood stove is such a great addition too for creating the right ambience in the evening. We couldn't have stayed at a better place for this trip. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us.
