Ocean Front family-friendly house with amazing views on Gold Coast in Sea Pines!

This is a stunning property right on the beach at Sea Pines. The furnishing choices were made well and gives you multiple places to relax. We were celebrating Thanksgiving as a family and had a relaxing, enjoyable time.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect location and home to accommodate our adult children and the grandparents for a special anniversary celebration long weekend! The space felt incredibly welcoming and warm from the moment we walked in the door. All of the furnishings were done with the finest detail. The bedrooms and en suite bathrooms made it extremely easy to have privacy and convenience for the daily activities! We loved the access to the beach as well as having the beach mostly to ourselves! The home is conveniently located to numerous restaurants and stores. The views are lovely from the ocean facing rooms! We also loved having the two separate living spaces for family games and fun! The upstairs screened in porch was a nice hideaway attached to the bedroom where our 17 year old slept. The home is just a beautiful space that brings the serenity of the ocean and surrounding landscape inside making for a relaxing getaway!

19 South Beach Lagoon will always hold a special place in our heart! Amazing property for a large family where everyone can feel comfortable and safe for kids!! Excellent communication from management... A!!!

Home is in a great location. South Beach Lagoon Drive has by far the best stretch of beach on the island imo. My family and I Have stayed in four different homes on this particular street in Sea Pines. The home was very nice overall. We Had several issues which were somewhat resolved. The property manager was wonderful and very helpful!! I will not go into much detail but we will not be staying here next year. I am sorry to have to write this review but the owners need to pay more attention to cleanliness and upkeep. The kitchen needs updated and is quite small for the large home. Only one refrigerator which is on the smaller side. With 11 people an home of this size needs a secondary refrigerator to accommodate the large amounts of food and beverage. Our first few days were quite frustrating To say the least. Many issues! Also…This may not be important to some but having a public access walkway right along the property line was not to my liking. I rate the home 4 stars as it is quite beautiful and large but needs a little more attention to details and needs better upkeep.

Not sure where to start. The house was great. We had a large group but there was plenty of space for everyone. The views were amazing. The beach was awesome. We walked the beach, rode bikes, hung out in the pool / hot tub, had huge meals, and made great memories. I would highly recommend this property.

In recent years we have stayed in a house on Dune Lane featured on an HGTV episode as the “Ultimate Beach House”. If that is how they described that house, then there are not enough adjectives for this one. Everything is as advertised, and the house is more amazing in person. From the front porch swings to decks off the 3 ocean front Suites, to the pool and living room areas, a week just wasn’t enough time to enjoy all the different unique spaces. This house lacks for nothing, it was very well furnished, steam showers, whirlpool tubs, tankless water heaters with a recirculating pump giving you endless and pretty much instant hot water everywhere, ice maker, elevator, TVs everywhere you would want one, enough parking, beach access without stairs making getting bikes onto the beach a breeze, a grass area which I didn’t originally care about but our family enjoyed more than I would have thought, the house even smells nice. Basically, we wanted for nothing the entire week. We had no issues accessing the property, everything was in good working order and the owner provided all the necessary info. We have already booked this property again for next year.

The house is a great space for four or five adult couples spending a holiday together. Property manager is highly responsive!

My extended family has rented large vacation homes every year for the past 33 years. By far, this is the nicest one we've stayed in. The decor and landscaping are absolutely beautiful, but what I loved the most is that it doesn't feel like a rental; it feels like a home. There are lovely, high-quality touches throughout, with throw blankets, artwork and porch swings that make you feel like you are staying in a good friend's home. It has multiple gathering areas and decks, allowing everyone their own space when they want to escape. At the same time, there is ample room for the group to eat a meal together or simply talk and visit, something that is not possible in many of the homes we've rented. Another definite plus is that there are two laundry rooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The location itself is amazing - oceanfront with just a very short stroll to the beach - but with this being our first visit to Hilton Head Island, I also appreciated the close proximity of shopping and restaurants; it is a great island to vacation. The best part of our day was watching the sunrise from our bedroom window over the ocean. I personally also loved the steam shower; such a luxurious treat! Because we stayed during a cool October weekend, we were able to enjoy the hot tub, long walks along the beach and s'mores in one of the outdoor fireplaces. This is one of the few homes we'd want to return to in the future. Definitely a hidden gem and a perfect place to relax and unwind!
