Ocean Front Beach House

Absolutely an amazing stay. Wish we knew all the townhomes were connected, based on the pictures, it looks like a single home. Other than that, no complaints and 5 stars all the way around. Thank you!

An older property that needs a little TLC, carpet should be replaced, a few drains were slow or clogged. Great location, wonderful views, and an owner who is very responsive. Overall a good find.

We had a wonderful week. The beach house was very nice. The bedrooms were spacious with lots of beds. The view of the ocean was amazing. Hope to come again next summer.

My family had a great time. Great location and the owner was very responsive to the few questions I had upon arrival.

The condo was even better than we expected. The bedrooms, especially, were so large, and the beds really comfortable. We were not only right on the beach but also close to the beach path. There were lots of beach chairs for us to use. Fred had just added an optional linen service, and it was great walking in to find all the beds made. We enjoyed several dinners on the beautiful deck. The kitchen was very well-equipped, though we would have preferred that some of the pans had been upgraded from non-stick coatings to ceramic or Hexclad. (Sorry, we're picky about cooking. Fortunately, I brought a couple of pans with me, for just that reason.)

We had a great time and had everything we needed for our family. It was great having the house right on the beach where it was a very short walk to and the neighbors were very nice. We would definitely stay again if we are able to visit again.

Our second time booking this beach house. 4 adults with 4 teen boys. House is right on beach. Short walk to water. We would put our gear out in morning. Could watch it from deck of house. Would return to house for bathroom breaks and lunch.The 3 bedrooms were perfect for us. Teen boys occupied large bedroom with 4 beds. Adults occupied other two bedrooms.Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook large meals. We cooked dinners almost everynight.Fred is very responsive to any questions you may have. He was avaiable before, during, and after our stay and answered all our questions.There is parking for two cars under the house. Street parking is also available and was not a problem finding. We had two full size trucks and only one fit under the unit.Shopping and restaraunts are within walking distance.If you have 10 people planning a beach trip this is a great place!

I took my parents on a mini vacation. The location of the house is perfect. You can walk to almost everything you need, although I drove. My parents are older. This home was way too large for 3 people, but we each needed our own room. Every room is large and they are not cramped: not even the one with the 4 beds. The owner has equipped the home with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. This is an excellent choice for a family with young children.

We had a great stay at this home summer 2024. We had 3 adults and four kids and there was plenty of space for all of us. Beds were comfortable, the deck furniture is really solid and nice, and the living room is quite big for a typical OC townhouse. Lots of basics in the kitchen and all the pots and pans you need. Plus an extra fridge in the laundry room. Roughly 100 steps to the front row of the beach from the porch - can’t ask for more than that!

There were 4 adults and four 16 year old boys that made the trip. The house was perfect for our group. The boys took the large bedroom upstairs and the parents took the other two bedrooms. Check in was very simply. Fred provided access instructions a couple of days before we arrived. Fred answered our questions up until we arrived. Our main questions were on bedding (you need to bring your own sheets and towels) and beach gear available (chairs and beach gear are available for use). Parking for two cars under the unit. We had a truck and had to park it on the street for our stay. The house is right on the beach which was perfect. We would put our beach gear out in the early morning and were able to keep an eye on it from the deck of the house. It was nice being such a short distance from the house to use the restroom, grab snacks and lunch! There was even a hose and outside shower to get the sand off before entering the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook meals. Coffee pot and keurig are also available. A second downstairs refrigerator was also available to use but we never used it. Another plus was a washer and dryer! Fred's place is the perfect location and space for a beach vacation. The place was very clean. We have no problem recommending this place for other families looking for a beach vacation. We look forward to returning next year!

We loved our long weekend in this charming family house… We shared the house with friends and all our kids slept in the same room, they enjoyed it very much! We cooked and ate in the house, and we had everything we needed (ustensiles, cookware…) We loved the little shower under the deck so convenient when you are back from the beach… And there were enough beach chairs and toys sand for everyone! Carrying linens and towels was not convenient but you forgot about it as soon as you relax in the house! Fred was very responsive and super nice, thank you very much!
