Classic oceanfront Maine beach house with private access to 7-miles of sandy beach in Ferry Beach. Property is a duplex that can be rented individually or together with friends. Unit 2 has the same floor plan as unit one but has a smaller deck. Unit 2 is on the right-hand side when facing the property.
The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a sleeper sofa, WIFI & cable TV. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Cannot recommend this tired cottage due to numerous non-working and broken items. Dishwasher broken (full of dirty dishes from previous guest) - contacted property manager but it was not fixed the entire stay. We bought and used paper goods all week. Leaking hose on kitchen sink soaked the counter when the faucet was turned on. No kitchen linens for hand washing any item. No washer or dryer for cleaning bathroom towels. Television didn't work - notified the property manager who sent repairman third day. Six fans were available for the 100 temp, but 2 were broken. Only four plastic Adirondack chairs available to take to the beach - not sure what we would have done if there had been guests in the other half of the cottage. We had fun in the area and enjoyed the beach, but the cottage problems were a huge disappointment. Expected better. Rent elsewhere.
