Perfect location! Spacious beach house with beautiful ocean views. The host was very responsive and helpful with all questions. The building was quiet and also filled with families. We would definitely stay again!

The rental was a beautiful home in a great location and the balcony was great, lots of room with a great view. However, this was the absolute dirtiest rental we have ever been in. Honestly the cleaning crew needs to be fired. The floor in every single room of the house was covered in sand. The floor was also not mopped in probably a year. Our feet turned BLACK. Two of the beds had so much sand in them it was like someone took a shovel and dumped it in the bed. On top of the comforter, on top of the flat sheets, and in the bed on top of the fitted sheet, spread throughout. Absolutely disgusting. All of the other beds had sand in them to some degree. All of these sheets and pillowcase were NOT WASHED. Every bed. Not even close. Nasty! Dryer was also full of sand. Dishes and glasses in the kitchen were filthy, had hair stuck to them and lipstick stains. The rental company needs to find a new cleaning crew. I don't think they did a single thing while they were here other than change the welcome sign. We ran out of toilet paper while we were here as well, the kitchen was not well equipped. Not many dishes in the cabinets, we had to run the dishwasher twice because of that, and we were only here for 3 days. Again the rental was great but the lack of cleaning kind of ruined the vacation.

The views were great then warm weather help us enjoy the patio over looking the boardwalk and the ocean. If mom is up to it she would love to visit again.

Stayed for Ocean’s Calling. Had a great time and the place was perfect. Comfortable spot to rest after a long day of concerts, and nicely located.

We have stayed at other units in this building and this was by far the worst experience. Neither screen door worked, the lights in the laundry room didn’t work. The floor was never cleaned,our feet and socks were black on the first night there. The beds were covered in sand so obvious not cleaned. Be sure to take wash clothes, trash bags and cleaning supplies. The door to the master was

Every year we take a short vacation with NO men. We had a great time! Location is the best! Being on the boardwalk, you really don't need to drive anywhere. The views are breath taking! Perfect bed arrangement for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Our recent stay at this place was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning view that greeted us. The property is just a short walk away from the beach, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering excellent value for the price. We particularly enjoyed spending mornings on the balcony, soaking in the panoramic vista of the ocean. While we encountered a minor issue with the dryer not working, the hosts were quick to respond and offered to send someone over to fix it. Their prompt communication and willingness to address the problem ensured that it didn't inconvenience our stay. Another small issue we noticed was that some of the outlets in the master bedroom were a bit loose, but it didn't significantly impact our experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a retreat with a beautiful view.
