Ocean Dream Villa, Beachfront with Private Pool

The property was clean and very nice. We had a great stay and everything met our needs. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We had a great time with our family coming from mutiple states. We enjoyed spending Christmas time on the beach and in the pool with our children and grandchildren, the weather was excellent during our stay. Beautiful beach, wonderful house and the relaxing time made a wonderful memory to us all. The host was responsive, and kind to work with. I got the most praise from booking the place!

The villa was clean and well equipped. The few problems we had were addressed quickly by the management company. Being right on the beach made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Beautiful beachfront property. Clean rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. New mattresses. Fresh clean linens. New cookware, dishes and silverware but no basic cooking staples (oil, spices, etc.). Word of caution regarding shared outdoor space with the adjacent unit. We were on a family getaway to celebrate my parents 60th anniversary while a group of men were in the adjacent unit on a bachelor party getaway.

Our stay was incredible !! The nicest , cleanest place ever. It was actually way nicer than we could ever have imagined ! Also the private pool was amazing and only 3 steps from the beach. You can't beat that !! Our whole family LOVED it !!

We enjoyed our stay! Location was great, and we liked the place. Had a few minor issues (kitchen table leg wasn’t on properly, lights burnt out, etc.) but they came on site and handled in short order. Would go back!

We could not be happier with this house. It was beautiful inside and out with every amenity one could ask for in order to have a terrific week at the beach. The only potential hiccup is that it is a duplex and so while the pool/backyard area is somewhat separated it is a shared space. In our case it worked out perfectly as we rented both sides! Check in/out was so easy and the property managers were terrific communicators and so easy to work with.

We had a great week with family. The sunsets were amazing! The pool and the beach right outside the back door was perfect. Great house for making memories with family.

Nice place to vacation. Its right on the beach and was very quiet while we were there. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice with all the utensils you need. All in all, we had a great stay at this property.

Overall great experience! Very responsive to our messages and heated the pool so that we could use it despite it being colder than expected during our trip.

We had an amazing trip and enjoyed this house so much! Our favorite part was that it was right on the beach. Communication with the manager was quick and easy, check in was easy, our time spent was spectacular. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the pool was pretty cold for swimming, even with it being heated, however, it was February so the coldest time of year. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Ocean Dream Villa,in Indian Rocks Beach 6-29-24 thru 7-5-24. The property was perfect for our family of 9 which included a baby and seniors. The property was clean, spacious and the decor was very pleasing. The pool was great for the young kids to enjoy a mid-day break from the ocean during the heat of the day. You are steps away from an authentic french cafe on American shores with croissants and pastry that rivals the best of France.Being this close to excellent food offerings you would think traffic noise. No traffic noise what so ever. Very quiet property in the middle of excellent options. The property owners thought of everything to make your stay special. High quality everything from towels to bed linens. The pool table in the game room was a plus. Bottom line...you would be hard pressed to find a better property from Clearwater to St Pete that combines affordability with luxurious accomodations. Much appreciation to Mona and Joanie with Beachtime Rentals for excellent service. They have been our go to for 3 yrs and never disappoint. In this day and age when it is hard to know who to trust with your vacation dollars, their integrity shines brightly.
