Literally just steps to the beach (second row) with two easy ocean access points, OCEAN DREAM is a very spacious and completely remodeled home (Spring 2021) located in the highly desirable and family friendly Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This guest house sleeps up to 20 people comfortably and features a private backyard oasis with a PRIVATE SALTWATER POOL & HOT TUB, along with plenty of poolside lounging chairs, a shaded area under the house with outdoor TV and seating, as well as a ping pong table, and a private and enclosed shower area. The top two levels feature their own porch with ocean views for relaxing mornings with a cup of coffee and memory making evenings with those you love.

OCEAN DREAM is a luxury home designed with your comfort in mind. The FIRST FLOOR features a king bed master bedroom, large closet, and an all marble en-suite bathroom with an LED backlit anti-fog mirror and Bluetooth fan/speaker. A second spacious double queen room is on the first floor with an en suite with a Bluetooth fan/speaker, and a large closet. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large gathering area, laundry, and half bath on the first floor. The SECOND FLOOR features a king bed ocean view room with ensuite and Bluetooth fan/speaker, a double queen bedroom with ensuite and Bluetooth fan/speaker and a large closet, a pool view king room with a large closet, with a large bathroom just outside the door, and a very large bunk room sleeping six (two bunks with individual lights and usb ports and two pull out trundles with VERY comfortable mattresses) along with an ensuite and Bluetooth fan/speaker, and a large closet. You will also find a very large, comfortable gathering area with ocean views and 72” smart TV. Every bedroom, both gathering areas, and poolside under house seating area features a brand new Smart LG TV.

The communications leading up to the visit was excellent. Upon arrival we found everything to be in order. We gained access and found everything to be as it is presented in the pictures. The house is located on the second row and there are two trails leading to the beach. The trails are less than 100 yards and empty directly on the beautiful beach. The beds in the property were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a newly furnished gas grill on the patio deck that worked very well. The pool and the hot tub were a hit for the kids in the evenings. The biggest hit for the adults were the two porches. There is a food Lion and a place to purchas ice close by as well as Barefoot landing.Overall it was a very nice property which made for a pleasant stay at North Myrtle Beach, SC.

We had our family of 13 stay in this home. The house was spacious and comfortable for all. We spent a lot of time in the backyard in the pool area. The quick walk to the beach was so easy to allow flexibility to come and go as needed. Great home for all ages!

It’s a beautiful vacation house. The bedrooms and living rooms are spacious, it has a large kitchen. We loved the private pool, hot tub, and outdoor living room. It’s close to plenty of restaurants and shops. Access to the beach is across the street. The hosts were very responsive to any issues.

This property is beautiful. Everything is updated and very modern decor. The host was wonderful and very attentive to requests/questions. The location is also perfect. Close to the beach, and other attractions but not in the middle of the busy areas. Would definitely stay again.

The house was great - all rooms were as described, very clean with up-to-date furnishings and appliances. Lots of open areas for gathering together. Nice, big kitchen for preparing meals for a big group. Loved the location close to the beach. Overall very pleased with the house. Did have trouble at first communicating with the host as the link provided with their information was not working due to some glitch with the VRBO app.

We needed that! The house was in a great, quiet location but still nearby everything. It could use a general deep cleaning but it was fine and had what was needed. The hosts were exceptional in communicating and responding to any inquiries we had.

This place was great! Despite being rained out for a weekend of golfing we were able to enjoy the house and everything it has to offer from heated pool to corn hole and ping pong. House itself was immaculate with everything as advertised. Everything was new, kitchen was fully stocked, and host was very responsive. I highly recommend.

I rented many homes before for family gatherings, but this was the best! We loved the house, pool & hot tub, locations is the best, met owner personally when needed pul to be warm. Very nice guy. We will come back here next year, and I charged this location and experience on my family/friends chat. To come and enjoy this home.
