Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location - enjoyed the fact that the back room was enclosed. Condition of the cottage was great with the exception of the two negatives listed below.Two very significant negatives:1. The upstairs couch was broken and had been jury-rigged with a board. When I called to report same, I was informed that the board underneath the couch was place there to alleviate the KNOWN issue with the broken legs. I was told a replacement would be brought in the next day. This did not happen. This was a SAFETY issue and should have been disclosed - you should disclose to all renters. We repositioned the board and used the couch to a limited extent. Renters should NEVER be exposed to this type of undisclosed, known safety issue. Additionally, this is inconsistent with the representation re the condition of the cottage and furniture, for which we paid full price.The grill did not work properly - we did not attempt to use until the last night there, but suffice it to state, we did not use it - another safety issue with two broken burners.Would recommend only if proper disclosures are made and listed issues are resolved.The gentleman who was assigned to assist with cottage issues was great and did what he could with limited resources.

The location of the property is great and was very quiet. It was the perfect relaxing weekend getaway with enough to do on the island but very rarely had to deal with crowds!

The community pool was very close to the home. The beach was close by, but was only available during low tide, but other beaches were just a short drive. We will definitely rent this home again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful. We loved how the rooms all had a view of the beach. The things that we would like to have been better: There was a lot of information about trash being handled properly; however, we were only provided one trash bag. One trash bag is just not enough for 4 days of stay.. Also when we arrived the beds have been sat on in each room! It still had imprints of someone sitting on the beds. That was disturbing, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The property seemed new and fresh when we walked through the door. I emailed the property manager about some small maintenance items and he responded that day to repair them. Very satisfied with our stay and will stay there again.

Cleanliness is what we were hoping to get with this property and that was not the case. The master bedroom sheets had indications of bed bugs because there were dried blood stains all throughout the multiple layers of sheets. Also, the mattress was so uncomfortable. We were not able to sleep comfortably any of our nights. The furniture in the living room is old, you sink into the couch when sitting in the most uncomfortable way. Many of the outside furniture is severely rusted from the sea water. Then, to top it off, vrbo does not offer refunds. We will not be utilizing vrbo in the future. There are too many negatives that overshadow the positive here.

Each year, we choose this cottage (38) for our annual business retreat. It is the perfect location and has wonderful amenities. The home is large and spacious. Each person has their own room and area for breakout sessions/ private work time. The management team is friendly and always easy to work with. No complaints from us! Can’t wait until next year!

This beach cottage is amazing! Our family couldn't get over the breathtaking views from every room in this property. Plenty of room for our family of four, which includes two very energetic toddlers! We enjoyed the upstairs balcony numerous times during the day, fully enjoyed the kitchen for every meal during our stay, and was pleased to have a garage to park our SUV in. Extremely clean, which was very important to us. Thank you for offering up an amazing place for our first FAMILY beach vacation!
