It is definitely dated and could use some renovations like new furniture, work on the ceilings and appliance upgrades (the kitchen as a whole needs to be really cleaned and organized). We have stayed at many other condos in this development that were much nicer and better priced.

This condo is the perfect location, size & had all the amenities that we needed. It was very close to most anything on the island and views of the sunsets were amazing from the rooftop. We’ve been coming to OCV for over 30 years and plan to return for many years to come!
