Ocean City MD Beach House

We Love Staying here . We had to cut it short because of the weather sad that we missed a day. Great Location

House was pretty clean. Listing stated towels and sheets were included but they are not. It also seems housekeeping is done by the renters. So you can tell things are a little dusty where regular housekeeping would clean. But beds are pretty comfortable and seems like an easy walk to the beach. Wouldn’t mind staying again.

Thr house is close to the beach. There is a nice deck & fenced yard as well. We had a wonderful time even though there was a few rainy days. Ocean City, MD is a great family place.

Enjoyed our stay again for the 2nd! Nice, quiet neighborhood and the fenced in yard works great for dogs!

My husband and I are in our sixties, and we didn't want to leave our 14-year-old Scottie Dog at home. We looked at several options and decided on this house with a fenced in back yard so our dog would be comfortable. We couldn't tell from the photos just how close this was to the beach but decided to go off of other reviews. They were right! It was just a short walk to the beach. We had no problems crossing the highway. Our adult daughter joined us, and the house was very roomy and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walks with our dog. Overall, we were more than pleased and plan on renting again in the future.

the owner dealings were perfect. Dan was very helpful and very nice. The property listing and ammenitiies needs work....not as listed for a few items. The single shower did not work at all. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are pass thru bedrooms to the bath which is quite inconvenient. The place is very nice and the backyard and deck is awesome

Lovely house with fenced in backyard. Well cared for and clean. Well stocked with beach chairs, beach wagon, and cooking supplies.

This home was fantastic. Very comfortable and clean! Loved the fenced in yard for our dog. We will extremely satisfied!

House was immaculate, kitchen very well stocked. Enclosed backyard was well maintained. We had a neighborhood power outage and we were unsuccessful in resetting heat and electric. We contacted owner and he was fantastic in promptly using internet emergency startup to electric. Roku system for tv.. One caveat: house has some quirky step issues (2 small steps down upon entering house, one step into a bathroom & awkward back steps up to back deck. This could be a problem for a toddler or individuals with balance issues. otherwise highly recommend

After booking we found we were liable to clean the house ….nbd we definitely left the house cleaner than when we arrived also If the hot tub in the amenities description interest you there is not one there. Not saying I wouldn’t stay again the large fenced in back yard is nice especially for us with our dogs.we had a group of 4 adults the house will accommodate 8 ish for sleeping but I wouldn’t recommend more than 6

This place is excellent for families with adult kidsnwithnsignificantnothers. While you can easily sleep 10-12, privacy could be an issue only because three bedrooms also act as walk ways to get to other bed rooms. For the seven we had with a dog, it was perfect. Living area was great. Beds were all comfy. Outdoor shower was convenient. Kitchen is modern and useable. Plenty of places to hang out close by. Deck was excellent. Only a two to three minute walk to the dune on 90th street. Location was perfect. The only disappointment was a hot tub was listed as an amenity but we didn’t have access to on on the property. The neighborhood is really nice. Didn’t need the hot tub. The beach in OCM is always a great experience.
