House was great and in a great location!

The area was beautiful and ease to the beach

Property comfortable, compact but has everything that is needed. Clean.Needs a little sprucing up- new coat of paint, new curtains would make a hugh difference in overall look. Quick walk to beach.

Overall, our stay was great! We could walk to the beach, and had plenty of attractions nearby while still maintaining a quiet set neighborhood. We did have an issue with ants on the countertops and floor. It honestly wasnt a big deal though, since an ant problem in known in Maryland. I stayed in the room with the bunkbed trundle, which made it very easy to keep an eye on the kids. We had a great vacation, and a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to the beach and everything was as described.

The house was fantastic, great size for a large family. Great kitchen for cooking, and master bath is a huge plus. Great location for the beach and very close to the one and only Seaside Deli. Host was communicative and esay to work with. Would recomend and would definitely stay there again.

Great place. Stayed there the last 5yrs

This is our first booking with VRBO and we were very disappointed. The size and location was perfect. Unfortunately it didn’t have simple necessities such as toilet paper. This was in the user agreement which comes after paying not in the description. We would have chosen a different place if it was in the description. There were ants in the kitchen. The grill that was in the description on VRBO but it was dirty and didn’t have propane. Overall we feel that we didn’t get what was advertised and will not be using VRBO again.

Very nice

Nice place off the main highway so it’s nice and quiet yet easy enough to walk to the beach or bus stop if needed. Convenient location to many businesses. We have stayed here 2 times now and each time the interaction with the host has been pleasant.

Great place to stay with few minutes drive to boardwalk . Property was kept very clean . Owner was very communicative and easy to reach . Kitchen had all utensils and all rooms kept neat and clean . Every room had a tv set . At the end of the street you can view beautiful sunset . Close to ACME and other shops .

Had a great time. Had a problem with tv they answered us in a timely manner and was very helpful would love to stay there again.

Checking in was very easy. The place was overall clean and just as pictured. The only reason I gave it a 4 star for cleanliness is because the one bedroom comforter had two stains on it and it felt as if the living room floor hadn’t been swept, but really as we found out from our stay it’s almost impossible to keep sand off the floors so that wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We had an issue with the TV remote but Joe was fantastic and super helpful with helping us get it straightened out. Our family had a very good and comfortable stay! Would definitely book this house again. 10/10 recommend

We enjoyed our stay as it was in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the beach and grocery store. If there was anything that could be improved then I’d would say that the tile floor felt it could have been in a cleaner condition but I understand that sand is constant challenge near the beach. There’s probably some updates that can be made such as the screen door being a bit ripped or the upper lock of the front door doesn’t seem completely bolted in. The positive features of the place include washer and dryer in the place. Walking distance to beach and grocery. Nice small porch and grill to barbecue. Pull out sofa is nice also.

Great place, close to the beach and stores, quiet neighborhood. Host is super responsive and helped us with anything we needed.

Property was great for our needs. Our grandson played in a little league baseball tournament Sat & Sun so we added beach time for a couple extra dsys. Location was great for the tournamet (held in Berlin) and easy access to the beach. A couple glitches had to be corrected but the owners were responsive and took care of one of the issues. Just a couple suggestions...it didnt state that toilet paper & paper towels need to be brought along. Weve stayed at other VRBO properties and run our own B&B and have never had to provide our own - at least to begin with and wouldnt expect our B&B renters to bring their own. Secondly, a check to make all remote controls are working, available and have batteries along with working light bulbs after a renter leaves would help alleviate frustrations. A more in-depth cleaning might be in order. Had to move the couch out as something fell behind as well as we pulled one drawer out in the living room dresser and we found old pacifiers, change, puzzle pieces, dust bunnies and assorted bits of trash.

The property was clean, organized, and welcoming. The owner was very friendly and answered questions in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was clean at first glance but could use a good deep cleaning. Location and neighborhood are wonderful. Property manager was super easy to work with and friendly.
