OCEAN BREEZE @ UMINA BEACH

Home was beautiful, has all utensils you need. In great location, close to restaurants and shops. Beds were comfortable.

So all the living spaces are bigger than they look, but the two single bedrooms are smaller than they look. Accom were marvelous, I would stay at one of their properties again. For such a nice, and large house, it was missing some things though. Firstly there is a tenant on the property, no mention of that anywhere, I have stayed places with a tenant before and it is always mentioned in the property description. We couldn't park in the driveway because that would have blocked her access. It wasn't a problem, it was just odd. Then there were things like, the upstairs toilet door is a sliding door which made getting it to lock very difficult. The only other bathroom upstairs was an ensuite. There was only one bin in the whole place, in the kitchen, nothing upstairs, nothing in any bathroom. We weren't given soap for the bathrooms, and we had to buy more toilet paper two days in. The kitchen is meant to be fully stocked but no mixing bowls, no measuring spoons, and the measuring cups are American. That said, the place is as nice as it looks. It is super close to the beach, we walked there easily with four kids in toe. It is within walking distance of many shops. It was a lovely place to stay.

We had a cross-generational family holiday. Very convenient close to the beach and shops. Exceptionally clean, wonderful facilities, beds very comfortable with good quality linen. Plenty of room for everyone to come together to eat but enough space for everyone to do their own thing. Home away from home.

Property was great, too bad we couldn’t enjoy the beach as water quality was poor after the floods.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. The house is pretty much new with lots of space, a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the shops the location is great! Great undercover outdoor area is perfect to stay home when it’s raining. We had a great time!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Ocean Breeze . The house was brand new . There were multiple living spaces allowing for kids to play in one part of the house whilst the adults enjoyed a bit of rest and relaxation in another part of the house. The location was great as well, just a short walk away from Umina Beach and the local shops. Will be booking this house again next time we visit Umina.

Wonderful and Friendly Accom Staff, the property was Perfect. We loved our stay here , The Community was wonderful and very friendly.
