Ocean Block End Unit Townhome 300ft Feet From Beach W/ Ocean View

We had plenty of space for our group that came for the Country Calling concert. We love the location near Fagers, Macy’s and Seacrets. We loved having our own balconies and the layout of the home. We had a great time and we will definitely be back!

It needs a deep clean and continual cleaning.

Lots of stairs but loved the location

The house was in a great location, and the size was perfect for our group (4 adult couples). Here are some of the issues: the house was extremely run down, and the photos are not accurate. The walls & ceilings were filthy and damaged above windows which is not shown in the pictures. The balcony handles were loose and falling off the main room door. The house also was also not cleaned well. There were crumbs all over the floors & found dirty socks on one of the balcony’s and past guest garbage under the beds behind dressers and in the living room couch. There is also very very limited paper towels and toilet paper. None of the sinks had soap to wash your hands. It seemed like a college party rental. On the positive side: We didn’t see any bugs for our 3 night stay. The host’s were very nice and accommodating they let us check in at 12:30pm instead of 3:00 & were quick to answer any questions.

The location is wonderful and the home is very nice, however the house is not equipped with anything at all. The thoughtful touches you’ll find in other VRBO locations are NOT here. Even the cheapest motel has toilet paper and hand soap. For the price per night, you will not have any conveniences but a bed to rest your head. There were remotes without working batteries, lightbulbs out throughout, other people’s underwear and hanging from the balcony posts, and ants in every room- not to mention the dust piled high in the vents and on fans. Great house, poor everything else. READ YOUR DISCLOSURE CAREFULLY! YOU NEED TO BRING EVERY SINGLE THING AND THEN SOME. Get ready to pack up your house to bring on your relaxing vacation.

The place was functional but not much more. Problems:There were only 2 forks in the place for eating. We had to buy plastic utensils. Only a couple of beat up old pans to cook with. All the lights were burned out above the vanities. The light for the shower was burned out in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. Making for a very dark shower experience. The sofas in the main living area are very old and beat up and not comfortable at all. Tough for elderly people like my mom to get in and out of. Screens are torn. Lots of mold and mildew on the porch railings. The master bed was like sleeping on plywood and one of the beds in the second upstairs bedroom as broken and had a huge indentation. All in all not worth the money we paid. Probably the most beat up place we've ever stayed in at Ocean City. It apprears the owner here is doing the very least he/she can do and still get the weekly rates.

Perfect location for our group - easy walking distance to the beach! The property manager responded quickly to a couple of issues we had and sent someone to resolve them within a couple of hours. The place could use some quality time with a handyman and the cleanliness was just ok. That said, we would stay there again, but would bring an extra folding table and some camp chairs for additional seating in the living room.NOTE: There was NOTHING in the way of supplies. The listing does say that, but in other rentals there has been some TP and basic cleaning supplies. Not here. Bring your own pots and pans, utensils, and soap. One odd exception - there are three coffee pots.

The location was honestly the only good thing about this place. The house was dirty when we got there, there was trash and clothes left by the previous people along with suckers stuck to the carpet and the carpet itself is gross. It’s dirty and caked with gunk. The shower curtains had mold on them, there were hardly any towel hooks in the bathrooms, one of the toilet seats was broken, the dishwasher practically comes out of the counter when you try to open it, one of the sliding doors in the bedroom upstairs leaked when it rained, the screen doors are all torn up, the couch is all misshapen and uncomfortable, the beds are like sleeping on stone slabs and on top of all that the AC went out on us in the middle of the night and they didn’t get it fixed till the following morning. Meaning for over 24hrs we were sitting in a house that was over 90. They didn’t even give us any sort of refund or discount for having to deal with that. This place is incredibly over priced and for as much money as we all have to pay to stay there, this place needs some serious work. I mean seriously, we pay over 4,000 to stay there and you can’t at the very least spend like 3 on some new shower curtains? Do better. Side note, the property manager was really nice and did go buy us all box fans for our second night without AC. But the fact is, we should never have been there without AC. That was completely unacceptable. We will not be staying at this place again.

The property was steps away from the beach, so it was easy to walk to and back from the beach. The size was amazing, we had a large group and everybody was able to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was also a good size and there were many bathrooms. However it was not clean. There were items from previous visitors found, sometimes food crumbs, and sand. It’s great for people who need a big space but not for those who want an absolute clean environment.

We had real issues with this place. It was dirty, the disposal smelled rancid. All the vents are full of dust as well as the ceiling fans. The sink is pulling away from the granite. The one bedroom had no electricity even after Dan told us it was fixed. The couches are uncomfortable. Under the sink you can tell it had a leak that was never fixed. Carpet in a beach house??? No decorations.

Plenty of room for our group. Good location for walking for food & entertainment.

Group and individuals with Autism and Staff

Everything about this property was dirty. Floors, ceiling, walls etc. the kitchen sink was falling away from countertop and under sink was collapsed (obvious water damage). Tried loading dishwasher and it wasn’t connected to cabinet or countertop. Overall disappointed in this property—not worth the amount of $ paid. Won’t stay here again

Very good vacation. The property was good, however could have been cleaner. There was sand around, mold in downstairs bathroom, doors don’t lock, but nothing that would deter us from renting again.

Very nice place but needs some updates it has a lot of broken stuff that needs fixed. Most of the screens have holes in them. Garage door broke on are first day and took till wed to get fixed.

The location of this place is great. Has plenty of space. However, it needs TLC and repairs. Examples are stains in showers and some damage to interior doors. Sink was loose and not sealed. Beds were basic, not comfortable. I did not sleep in the master though, so can't speak to that. It was clean (floors, countertops, bathrooms). Wifi was down when we stayed there. Agent did communicate well over text in trying to resolve wifi, and finally got a connection our last day. They communicated it was a IT provider outage. Parking was great. Room for 3 cars two in a garage all covered. Overall, met our needs.

I went to ocean city with my family to celebrate 4th of July and we stayed at this beautiful town home super close to the beach with great views, we had an amazing time here, this place has enough room for a family of 10 or more. I definitely recommend it 10/10
