Are you looking to spend your next vacation in a spacious rental with many of the amenities of home This end unit townhome can accommodate large groups up to 14 people and provides easy access to the beach. The building is NOT ocean front, but it is on the ocean block of Coastal Highway at the corner of 60th Street a few hundred feet from the beach. You can see the ocean from the top floor balcony of this unit. We are only allowed to feature one unit per listing, but we do own all rentals at this location if you need additional units. Unit 1 North is on the front end of the North building. 1 North has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, private enclosed 2 car garage, exterior car port in front of the unit for a 3rd car, several balconies and a wrap around deck. If you need more parking, there is free parking along 60th street next to the building.
The layout of the unit is as follows:
1st Floor – garage and entryway/foyer
2nd Floor – 1 bedroom w/queen size bed, 1 bedroom w/pyramid bunk bed (also has twin trundle mattress underneath), 1 full bathroom with walk in shower
3rd Floor – Kitchen and living room open area, ½ bath (powder room)
4th Floor – 1 bedroom w/queen size bed and private full bath w/tub and shower combo, 1 bedroom with 2 full beds and private full bath w/walk in shower.
Check In/Out Time – You can check in any time after 3pm. Please note we are not able to accommodate early check ins in the summer. An early check in may be possible in the offseason, but it needs to be confirmed with the property manager. Check out is at 10 am.
The unit has an electronic lock, so you do not need to go anywhere to pick up keys.
A detailed list of items to bring is included in the check in information file sent after the final balance is paid. The file will also have the lock code and access instructions, parking instructions, wifi, etc.
Linens – We do not provide sheets or towels, so you will need to bring your own or rent them from a company in town. The check in file will have contact information for a linen rental company. With the exception of the sofa beds, each bed has a bedspread and pillows are provided.
Kitchen – The kitchen has basic supplies such cups, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. There is a toaster and a standard coffee maker. You should bring anything along that is critical to what you will be cooking since there is only a small set of pots and pans.
The unit is conveniently located in central Ocean City providing groups with quick access to attractions in both southern and northern Ocean City. Close attractions include Fager's Island (across the street on the bayside), Seacrets (Ocean City’s most popular nightlife destination is a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk), Mackeys Bayside Bar & Grill, The Bonfire (buffet), Dead Freddies Island Grill, Dumsers Dairyland (world famous ice cream), several mini golf courses, the Ocean City Convention Center and Ocean City Tennis Center. The boardwalk and Jolly Rogers Theme park are a short drive away. Those who don't want to walk or drive to their destination can take the bus since the bus stop is a short distance from the townhouse. There is also a 7-11 and gas station across the street for your convenience.

House was dirty, found used q tips under the bed, spider web all over, carpet was disgusting, kitchen sink falling thru the counter top, hair all over the showers that wasn't mine, bed broken in two rooms, multiple sliding doors didnt lock, and garage door that was broken. Place was not worth the money. Plus whoever they are hiring to clean is either blind or just doesn't do their job.
The place looks like it hasn't been updated with even basic needs in 20 years. It was filthy - sketchy stains on carpets, old beer pong balls left in the corner by the old, broken refrigerator, disgusting dirty furniture and the worst beds we've ever slept on. The kitchen sink is disconnected from the island countertop and has moldy water damage underneath. Screens were ripped, locks on doors broken, holes in walls, inches of dust on vents and ceiling fans, etc. Would not return or recommend. The only thing going for it is the close walk to the beach and proximity to decent restaurants.
Great location. Plenty of room for the family. Unfortunately the bottom shower had mildew in it all along the bottom and shower curtain that we cleaned before using, bottom bathroom door hinge is broken,most of the sliding doors did not lock properly, and carpet is in need of replacement. With three levels of living space, no vacuum- only one old broom. No outside hose to clean off with before entering the property.
This unit is in need of so updates. I went back and looked at previous reviews and a lot of the the issues are still there. The front door key pad and door handle need to be fixed. Refrigerator needs to be replaced. There is no ice maker and the door shelves are broken. Also needs a deep clean. Upstairs master had water pouring through it when it was raining. Three of the table chairs need to be fixed. Lack of out door chairs for the balconies. Not enough seating in living room. You hear everything on the streets so it’s very noisy while trying to sleep. Leaky toilet in up stairs bathroom. This place needs some up keep

This condo is central to all the fun spots. Fager’s Island is literally right across the street and we walked pretty much everywhere. The multiple balconies were convenient. We did wish that the couches were a bit larger, especially since the condo sleeps 14. We had most people sitting on barstools and chairs the whole weekend, and it wasn’t the most comfortable especially after all the walking we did. The two big flights of stairs to get to the main floor with the kitchen and family room were a bit of a pain only because we had a lot of food, coolers, etc. to bring up those stairs. The floors are 100% accurate on the listing, but in person it was daunting. Definitely need some manpower to get everything up there! Overall, the condo was in a perfect location, the parking was great and there were always spots available on 60th street for additional free parking. We had a group of 12 and felt the size of the condo was perfect for that size, nothing more. Great stay!
Overall, we had a great stay. The property is conveniently located very close to the beach. It is a short walk and you do not have to cross the busy highway! We were away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk and in a much quieter part of Ocean City. The rental was set up nicely. Two bedrooms on the first floor, kitchen/living area on the next floor, and then two bedrooms on the top floor. We felt evenly spaced out. There was a balcony on each floor and a bathroom on each floor! The washer and dryer were great. So the cleanliness wasn’t the best. There were long black hairs in at least two of the showers. This is probably my biggest complaint. We found a sock from the people there previously. The property does have ants that really only seemed to hang after the garbage. The bothersome part with that was the ant traps and spray. We were constantly telling little little kids to stay away from them. The kitchen sinks also do not have stoppers so we had to use an oversized bowl to wash our dishes that could not go in the dishwasher. There is also no toaster; this isn’t really a complaint, just an FYI to future guests! Overall, we had a nice stay and a great time! Thank you!
We had a great time being close to the beach and with plenty of space for everyone. Such a spacious townhouse and convenient location. I will definitely be staying here again next summer.
Great stay, very spacious. Would hv given 5 stars except a few things in the kitchen need repaired/parts replaced (ie. Wheels missing on dishwasher bottom rack, ice maker does not shut off, missing fridge shelves). Also there is no pool which we missed, Our family enjoyed the house very much, had a very nice week!
The townhouse was clean and lovely. We could walk to the 7-eleven to buy daily papers, and to the Bad Monkey and an escape room.
The location of the property was great, and getting in was so simple! This property does need some work though. The one full bed mattress on the 4th floor was slanted and only 1 person could sleep on it. The towel bar in that bathroom was about to fall off the wall. The sink in the 1/2 bath was pulling away from the wall. There was no grate in the lower shower. There was just a hole. The front doorknob was loose, and that keypad was acting up. Sometimes it worked, and sometimes it didn’t. The ice machine isn’t working right. It never stops, so it overflows all through the freezer.
Central, convenient location. Plenty of room for our purposes. Only about 20 minutes to several premier golf courses.
