Ocean Beach Mini Modern Luxury

Great little spot just off the beach, perfect place to rest your head during a weekend Montauk getaway! Far enough from town center to be peaceful, but close enough that everything is just a 5 minute ride away. Host was very helpful and responsive to questions via the app.

Needs TLC front outer door broken, AC remotes needed batteries, dirt marks on sofa and wall, nice bathroom and shower, a little noisy traffic by office, TVs not user friendly, a good location to access beach.

As promised. Great communication

Booked our stay only a week in advance during the high season. Was bracing myself for beach worn accommodations but was pleasantly surprised. Roomy and with new furnishings, kitchen and bath. Would stay here again. Short walk to the beach. Weak Wifi and cellular service is exactly what was needed in order to unplug and truly vacation.

This condo was super clean and just enough space for my small family of 3. The shower has great water pressure and we were left enough towels for our 4 night stay. The AC works nicely. The small fridge and cook top were just enough to be able to cook for our son as well as small meals. The pool attendant is a sweet man and the chairs and umbrella service was a pleasant surprise as well. Unfortunately, this condo is located directly next to the front desk check in for the Wavecrest, so there are cars constantly coming and going. This also makes the small front porch a bit less enjoyable. Another negative would be the slamming of the front desk doors when people come in and out. Lastly, the WIFI is almost non existent which made it difficult to get work done. All in all great place to stay if you're out to explore Montauk!

I was very happy with our rental. Clean & easy to communicate with property manager. My only complaint is they said the door would be left open with key on counter & it wasn’t. The door was locked.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Apartment was modern, clean and had everything we needed. The beach amenities were a really great perk.

We had such a great time at Wavecrest! Being walking distance from the beach was amazing. The wifi was very weak from where our unit was, and the layout was very tight for 4 people, but we made it work. Didn’t realize we wouldn’t have maid service, so that was a bit of a surprise. But Vincent was very quick to respond whenever we had questions.
