Stayed Aug 9, 2025Linens and towels arrived at 8:30 pm 5 hours after checkin. Nowhere on the site does it say the property will not be ready to use or that you must make your own beds upon arrival. Some pillows were quite old and some even had blood stains. There were no starter sundries on site. We reached out to the management company and were told they were normally provided. They offered to send some but their response time was so late that we had already purchased the needed tp and other necessities. The place was barely cleaned. I understand that’s it’s a beach location but the amount of sand and dirt on the floor was unacceptable also had some dirty dishes in cabinets. The only sign of a cleaning service was there was a paper strip across the toilet seats. When we contacted them regarding the state of the home they apologized and said they never make the beds for “sanitary purposes” but with the stained pillows and comforters that are NOT changed or sanitized each stay that seems a cop out on just collecting fees and not providing a proper service. They did offer to replace the pillows but did not follow through on that. The only positive thing I can say about this home is it is located very near the boardwalk. However be prepared for extreme traffic noise as the location is right off the bridge to the island.
