OBXClusive: Oceanfront, Shared pool, tennis courts

The host was absent in the whole process from beginning to end. I had to call the emergency line even to find out the unit number and get access code to get into the unit. I received no emails beforehand or during to give me information/instructions. I did receive automated texts that referenced said emails. It really put a damper on the week, not knowing the logistical information, Wi-Fi access, nor checkout procedures, etc. They weren’t even very responsive in the in-app messaging. The only answer I ever got was the Wi-Fi information on our 2nd day there. The unresponsiveness added stress. Which was a shame because Nags Head is beautiful & the location of the property was great. There was mold all in the master shower & the screen doors were very rickety. But the rest was very comfortable and homey. I loved that it was right next to the beach (over the sand dune). It is a beautiful townhouse.

What a gem! Location was perfect , quiet but near everything. The beach access with walkway and gazebo was my favorite feature. So much room, great kitchen, covered parking,huge bedrooms, I would stay here again for sure!

We really enjoyed being beachfront. The new stairs and boardwalk over the dunes was very convenient. Plenty of things to do in the area as well. The property was very nice and we were able to relax in the quiet neighborhood. We will definitely look to book here in the future.

The ambiance was, let’s say, vintage. With lighting dim enough to make even the brightest summer day feel like a cozy night in, you’ll need to bring your own sunlight. But don't worry about being disturbed by any stunning ocean views; the massive sand dune right outside the deck ensures you’re fully immersed in the sight of tan, leathery retirees doing water aerobics at the pool. It's like living in a live-action AARP commercial!While the ocean might be just a short walk away, the scent of the condo’s musk will linger with you as a reminder of simpler times. It’s perfect for those who want to experience a beach vacation without the inconvenience of actually seeing the beach.Overall, it’s a funky flashback that will leave you with stories to tell and perhaps a newfound appreciation for modern ventilation systems. Would I stay here again? Let’s just say, some trips down memory lane are best taken only once.

Nice property. Well equipped. Close to the beach. Only drawback was the number of stairs for my 90 year old knees.

We had a fantastic long weekend, the condo was clean & conveniently located. We’d stay here again!

Our stay in Nags Head was made perfect by this well appointed, clean, and roomy condo. The beach front location was very nice and provided easy access to not only the beach but also all the local shops and restaurants. The only thing between you and the beach is a sand dune and the top deck offers a view of the ocean (though the view is somewhat obstructed by the sand dune). We loved our stay here and would do it again!
