Bedroom #1

Bedroom #1 has view to the pool through a big window with two comfortable swivel chairs for you to unwind while looking outside.

The bed is a beautiful new King sized bedroom set with two night stands and a dresser. It has a new Memory Foam Mattress with Instant Cooling Soft & Breathable Mattress Protector.

Bathroom #1:

Bathroom #1 has the amenity of a large shower for two people with two separate shower heads. Made of a beautiful stone, elegant, with a lot of light coming through.

Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a travel size toothbrush/toothpaste, shower cap, Q-tips, and hair dryer are provided.

Bedroom #2:

Bedroom #2 has a new Double Queen Bunk Bed designed for adults allowing up to 400 pounds on each bed in rest. Made of hard wood. The bottom bed has a new 12 Memory Foam Mattress with Instant Cooling Soft & Breathable Mattress Protector. The top bed has 8 Memory Foam Mattress with Instant Cooling Soft & Breathable Mattress Protector.
It has a Standing Quiet Floor fan, 90° Oscillating with 4 Speeds, 4 Modes, Bladeless Fan.

Bathroom #2:

Bathroom #2 has a regular bathtub with a curtain.

Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a travel size toothbrush/toothpaste, shower cap, Q-tips, and hair dryer are provided.

Kitchen:

You don't have to purchase bottles of water unless you prefer to. Feel free to use the water dispenser; cold, hot, and room temperature water. Please use this water for the coffee maker. I replace the five gallons bottle and clean it every time I have new guests. DO NOT REFILL OR REPLACE IT BY YOURSELF. Let me know if more water is needed and I replace it at no extra charge depending on a minimum stay.

There are a variety of spices and herbs available; feel free to use. PLEASE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ THE INGREDIENTS OF THE SPICES AND CONDIMENTS FOR SAFETY REASONS- AS THE RISK IT PROVIDE WITH ALLERGEN.

Living Room:

The living room has two reclinable couches with adjustable headrest for a more comfortable position while watching the Smart 65 LG TV.

Also, in the living room you can use the dedicated work space with a comfortable office chair and table.

Gameroom:

The game room has a professional pool table with five sticks, brush, chalk and one stick holder.

Multiuse game table for chess, cards and board games. Poker ships provided, and a variety of other games.

Laundry:

You can use the washer and dryer at no extra charge. You have to buy your own detergent.
Please do not wash the linen yourself. Let me know if you need extra set and I can provide it for you.

Patio:

The patio has a set of big comfortable couches providing seating for 8 to 10 people.

Enjoy the two 5 thick cushioned sun lounge beds or the Pool Basketball Hoop while taking a refreshing swim.

The barbecue is new, natural gas no need of propane, grilling accessories and griddle are included. No extra charge.
