Not only the remarkable layout and noted custom touches throughout, this home offered a sense of peace, serenity, and a connection to the outdoors. It was a vacation just being there. Stayed May 6, 2025First time in Sedona and it did not disappoint. The neighborhood is quiet with an impressive red rock back drop and the property leaned into the zen vibes of the area. Katie was quick to respond with suggestions for our family to explore and places to eat. Just outside downtown Sedona but the drive through red rocks makes it worth the extra distance.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025This is a very unique house that has been carefully tended over the years. We made a fire in the fireplace and relaxed after a long journey. The kitchen is well stocked and clean as is the laundry room. Beds are super comfortable. The single full bath is jack and jill which made it a little awkward. We would have liked an outdoor space with a table to have meals. We were disappointed that we couldn’t see the red rock bluffs from inside or the small deck. The house is truly an architectural gem with beautiful woodwork.

Stayed Jan 10, 2025My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary getaway and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house has a very nice cozy, quiet, and private feel to it with lots of natural lighting and pretty views.

Stayed May 18, 2024Like a previous review of this property it was a bit more than I usually spend for a VRBO but from the moment my family pulled up to the drive we were in love. The neighborhood was quiet, the views amazing and the house was gorgeous. We had neighbors in the guest house almost every night but it was still very private and we saw them next to never. The communication from the owner was excellent.
