OASIS PALM HAVEN – 20 minutes to the Disney/Universal theme Parks

Owners were very responsive with our questions. Would recommend to any family for an amazing time. Pool was nice and house had accommodations for everything we needed for a relaxing time. Close to parks, shopping and dining.

Enjoyed our stay. House was clean. There were too many air fresheners (the smell was overwhelming). Furniture was lacking and we had to rearrange to accommodate a comfortable living room. Kitchen had minimal cookware.

Very nice facilities. Quiet neighborhood. Super close to shopping markets and gas stations. Perfect for small, mature families. I wouldn't recommend it if you have small children; lots of elegant glassware that can easily be knocked over by children.

What a great place! We truly enjoyed our time there. The pool was an added bonus for relaxing after a long day out at the parks. Thanks for being wonderful hosts!!

Lots of space and really cute! Could use a couple more towels but that's trivial.

Lovely house but as per another person’s review the floors were filthy and you needed to put slippers or flip flops on otherwise your feet would be dirty in no time.Only a few basics in the kitchen, which was disappointing.Other than that we had a lovely time.

Lovely home. Very close to attractions. Maria is very prompt at getting back to guests. Would definitely look to use this house again the next time we visit Kissimmee

House was clean, large, and the backyard was an oasis! Pool was warm and it was nice having the fire pit and table as well. Plenty of space for a large group. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

My family & I traveled from Ohio for a weeks vacay to have our first time experiences at Disney & seaworld ! I was mind blown with the property the pictures are beautiful but the in person experience was so much better! I definitely recommend we were so thrilled it has influenced us so much we plan to move to Kissimmee ! The place is great , we would stay again !

Love the place, needs a little bit more cleaner, fan in master room need to be clean, floor it’s not too clean, but everything thing else was good

The house was very clean and smelled great. Beds were comfortable. Only thing I wish we knew beforehand was that we could pay a little extra to have the pool heater turned on- it was a little chilly.

Everything was great. We enjoyed the house, they had everything we needed.

This house worked well for our family. Lots of sleeping and hang out space for everyone. The backyard and pool were an added bonus.

Overall good. Would suggest more bath towels and kitchen towels available and possibly 1 or 2 extra blankets

Accurate description. Nice place. Roomy and clean. Only downside is there is limited cooking equipment and they didn't have basic necessities to clean (sponges, dishwasher detergent, cleaning sprays). Other than that I'd recommend.

We rented this property for our family Disney trip. It was our first time taking a family vacation so it meant a lot to us to have a great experience. This place was very nice, very clean and spacious. We had a small issue with the pool and the owner was right there helping from afar. We could tell he really cared. The backyard offers a small private oasis. We really enjoyed it on our off days. The location is away from the busy streets and quiet. We recommend this property! recommend this property. for a

We didn't get to really enjoy the house, as we evacuated early due to Milton. The pool had debris from the back to back hurricanes, and the pump had to be turned on manually. The pool folks didn't prioritize that with another incoming storm so we could only enjoy the pool one night when we had enough time to fill it & skim it ourselves. Not really the owners' fault, but an offer to refund a portion, esp after we took care of the outdoor furniture, would've been great, but I do understand vacation rentals are a business. All that said, it really was a great house with amazing, comfy beds, and I would love to return (but probably not in hurricane season). :)

The house was great, very clean and up to date. We had a little issue with the pool being dirty and the people that were supposed to come clean it not showing up when they were scheduled. This delayed us using the pool as much as we intended. So this was a pretty large negative. It also seemed like the pool had possibly not been cleaned for a while. It was so bad I have trouble beiliving it was done recently. Maybe once a week is not sufficient. We were not thrilled with the master bed, not very comfortable and weirdly small for such a large room. All the furniture was kind of cheap and uncomfortable. That is just a choice to save money in a rental I'm sure. Overall though the house was very nice and i would rent it again because of the great location and price.

This is a lovely home, very very well taken care. It was a very peaceful, beautiful & relaxing stay. It's so close to everything but yet away from all the hustle and bustle

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place! The pool and backyard area were definitely the highlight of the location. One downfall was that the pool was somewhat dirty when we arrived. There is someone that comes to clean the pool on Mondays which was great, but as we arrived on a Friday it wasn’t ideal timing. The house itself was a good size and had multiple areas to relax and unwind after a long day at the theme parks. The house is located about 25-30 minutes away from both the Disney and Universal theme parks. Traffic aside, the drive wasn’t bad! The beds were comfortable and the neighbourhood was safe and quiet. As for amenities, a few bath towels and face cloths were provided in each of the two bathrooms. Sadly, no beach/ pool towels were provided so we did have to buy those on arrival. We also had to purchase extra paper towel and toilet paper for our stay as there was not enough provided for our week long visit. Though there were a few very small negatives, overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property!

Property was just as expected. Beautiful! Very relaxing, clean and spacious. Will stay again. Location was perfect and pretty much 20 minutes to everything. We did Disney 1 day and relaxed the rest. Owners were very easy to communicate with and responsive.

Backyard chairs broke with my dad in it, nice place just isnt maintained i dont think the owner lives around the property so that could be why idk when we arrived there were plastic cups all over the backyard wasnt cleaned up and the floors inside didnt look like they were swept prior to our arrival. Dont get me wrong nice place just not maintained
