Great house for a family of 6 really enjoyed the pool

The place was amazing! Very clean and comfortable. The pool area and outdoor TV was great! The beds were very comfortable. Can't wait to come back and stay again. The host is very responsive and everything was as advertised.

This spacious house is set up perfectly for an easy home away from home! Very clean, phenomenal screened in patio and heated pool, privacy fence around the backyard, comfortable bedding, great kitchen and three full bathrooms made this a great place to get away with my wife!! It is close to marinas, beaches, restaurants, groceries...you name it. Highly recommend if it meets your requirements around budget and amenities!

These accommodations were perfect for what we were looking for. It was a nice quiet and clean place to hang at the pool and close enough to the beach and shops. The neighbor was very helpful too.

We stayed here with our family for a short part of our vacation. Our family really enjoyed the house and the was a pool was a big hit for our kids as well as the decor of the house. The house was very cleaned, accommodating and ready for our family to enjoy. We also enjoyed the location as it is close to many beaches. Property manager was very professional and very prompt with communication as well as offering help if we needing any suggestions for activities etc. We look forward to booking again this summer!

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was clean and spacious. The pool was amazing and the yard nicely landscaped. I loved the fact that there was different areas in the lanai you could sit depending if you wanted to be in the sun or out of the sun. The one area had a couch and chairs a table where you could eat and a place to have a fire and watch tv. I would definitely stay at this house again. Also a thank you to Jared for his help with the reservation. It was much appreciated

comfortable home and very clean pool!

My extended family of seven adults stayed at this house the first weekend of September and we were very happy with it. It appears to have been fairly recently updated and I think they did a very good job. We especially liked the screened-in enclosure over the entire pool area including the covered sitting area by the pool. No worries about bugs getting you in the evening and it was wonderful to go out in the morning and sit under the covered area, raining or not, and enjoy a cup of coffee. The main bedroom and en-suite bathroom was very large and had a nice access directly to the pool. Plenty of counterspace in the kitchen and what appears to be almost brand new appliances. We were also very happy with the ease of check-in and the location of the house in a quiet residential area about two minutes to the nearest Publix and about seven minutes over to Indian Rocks Beach and perhaps 20 minutes to North Clearwater Beach. Being close to Bay Drive made a trip over to Tampa fairly accessible. We did not need their help much, but the management company was very responsive to any questions that we had. Not many negatives to list. Perhaps there could’ve been a little bit more seating in the main room to be able watch a movie at night and they might add a few more dishes to reduce the need to wash dishes as often. But that’s it. Given the opportunity, our family would absolutely love to stay in this property again. It was wonderful!
