Detached, tasteful bungalow (approx. 70 m²) with upscale furnishings up to max. 4 people, large property (approx. 300 m²) and spacious sun terrace (approx. 35 m²) with garden furniture. Four ½ stars, tested according to ANWB criteria Netherlands in spring 2008.
Small hallway with cloakroom, storage room with washing machine and luxury bathroom with corner bath, vanity and toilet and underfloor heating
Fully equipped large fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge with large freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave
Dining area, spacious living room with generous glazing, open fireplace, 2 color TVs (satellite), cable connection, DVD player and stereo with various CD's.
Two small bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.
A bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). New mattresses and adjustable slatted frames.
A bedroom with a pull-out bed 80 x 210 cm (double bed 160 x 210 cm). There is a second flat screen television here.
The heating system was renewed in summer 2015.

Approximately Alkmaar, a typical Dutch town with old houses, canals and good shopping opportunities, is 20 km south.
A more sophisticated place to stroll is Bergen with a charming dune hinterland.
Den Helder as a port city is located about 20 km north of St. Maartenszee. From here you can reach z. B. Texel by ferry.
Approximately Schagen is 12 km to the northeast with a large covered shopping center in the middle of a small town in North Holland with various street cafes and restaurants around the church.
St. Maartenszee as a quiet starting point offers you a wide variety of activities and leisure activities in the surrounding area, not to forget bike trails that also invite you to an active vacation, but also wonderful hiking opportunities.
