Stayed Oct 16, 2025This property was all that it was advertised to be. There was a plumbing issue that occurred a few days prior to check in. We had to turn the water on and off right after use, which was inconvenient, but I was appreciative that the owner compromised so the reservation did not have to be canceled. The owner was also nice to give a partial refund due to the inconvenience. I would stay there again! My kids loved the big screen tv's in each room. The beds were comfortable, and the showers had shampoo/body wash sets installed on the wall. That is a nice touch. Very close to FAMU, which is a major plus! The neighborhood isn't he best in appearance, but it was pretty quiet. It was a nice property overall and well-kept!
