Welcome to Oasis by the Sea! Built in 2022, this modern condo is perfectly situated for families looking to be in the heart of Wildwood, NJ. We are located just 1.5 blocks from the famous Wildwood Beach and Boardwalk, and a mere half-block stroll to the vibrant shops, cafes, and dining on Pacific Avenue.

After a day of fun, step out of the living room onto the private terrace to unwind and enjoy the spectacular Friday night fireworks!

The space
Our home offers a spacious open floor plan designed for relaxation and gathering:

- Gourmet Kitchen: Fully stocked with stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a center island with seating.

- Living Area: Features a comfortable sectional and a 75 Smart TV. High-speed Wi-Fi is included (password provided at check-in).

- Outdoor Living: Access to a backyard with an enclosed outdoor shower and Front Patio with seating for relaxing and dining.

- Bedrooms & Bathrooms - The condo features 4 newly furnished bedrooms and 2.5 baths, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. We provide all linens and bath towels!

Master Bedroom: King-size bed with a private en suite bathroom (walk-in shower).

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed.

Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed and Twin over Twin Bunk Bed

Bedroom 4: Full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle.

Amenities & Parking
Beach Gear: We provide 5 beach chairs, a beach cart, and an umbrella (located in the garage).

Note: To keep our home clean, please rinse all sand off gear and yourself in the backyard enclosed shower before returning items to the garage.

Parking: Two dedicated spaces (one in the private garage and one in the driveway).

Other things to note:
The entrance to the condo is located on the right side of the building. Please note that Unit 2 is located on the second floor, 30 steps up.

We take great pride in our home and ask that you do the same!
*Please take care of all furnishings and refrain from rearranging the furniture.
*Guests are responsible for the cost of any damages incurred during their stay.

To help our cleaning crew prepare for the next guests, we kindly ask that you complete the following before check-out:

Kitchen: All dishes must be cleaned and returned to their original cabinet shelves. Please ensure the dishwasher is run and emptied.

Linens: Strip the beds and gather used towels. Please place dirty linens, comforters, and towels in separate piles.

Trash & Recycling: All trash must be removed from the unit and placed in the labeled bins outside.

Note: Please ensure bins are placed at the curb on assigned pickup days (schedule provided at check-in).
