Oasis Beachfront Mirage

Loved this property, the house is amazing, pool is just delightful, and a perfect temperature. Its a very short walk to the beach, and about a 20 minute walk into the main hub of town. Very disappointed with the communication between agent trying to access the property. Also, we had a lot of trouble with the locked front gate. When our other guests were trying to get into the property the front gates were locked. There was no instruction on how to allow them access. I was later told by the agent that there is a button on the front gate that allowed access. When this happened again, the button didn't work. This was extremely frustrating, as it was a long walk to the front gate to use the swipe card for guests. This is something that desperately needs to be addressed, as it was the only irritation on an otherwise perfect stay. There was also a tree snake that got into the property and lodged itself in the outside lounge area. This was finally handled successfully with 3 hours later. I guess these things can happen in the tropics!

We’ve been to Port Douglas at least a dozen times, and this was the best property we’ve stayed in, perfect for large families with teenage kids, great break out areas and privacy, and what a sensational pool! Don’t want to go home!

An amazing house with everything we needed for our stay. Perfectly set up for outdoor living, we were able to supervise children in pool from all areas. The house was large and comfortable for two families. Location was fantastic, very close to Macrossan Street and just through the gated secure fence to four mile beach. The pool was definitely a highlight - great for a toddler and for the older kids and adults. A perfect place to relax and unwind

Gorgeous house, garden, pool and amazing location. We loved it. The pool was also warm and heated. Extremely spacious we had 2 families there for a 8 days and it was perfect. Very well equipped kitchen, plenty of separate living spaces and so close to the main Macrossan St area. We will be going back!

We loved this property - amazing pool, gorgeous bedrooms & bathrooms. Spacious living areas & fantastic, well stocked kitchen. So close to the beach as well. Loved the pond with goldfish too!

This beautiful property was perfect for celebrating a special birthday with my family. The set up allowed the 6 adults to each have their own bathrooms and the children to have their own chill out area.The outdoor area and pool were great.The location suited us as well - being nice and quiet, private but within easy reach of Port. I would certainly recommend to friends and family - especially those with smaller children as the pool had the childproof gate but was still fully visible through the glass panels. The photoos on the website are good but the property is even better when seen for real!

The house is beautiful and location superb which was enjoyed very much by our family of eight. The pool is not heated and even our kids would not go in. This was really disappointing because it was one of the real attractions of the property. We would definitely go back if the owners put a pool heater in but I was advised this is not happening. This will only ensure that they will be negatively gearing the property for a long time to come.

This was a lovely property that was more than large enough for 2 families. The indoor/outdoor living space was very relaxing and tropical and the pool well designed, the children didn't want to get out! There was everything you need in terms of kitchen equipment and appreciated the large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Would love to come back again in the future.

Perfect house for 3 couples and 2 babies - private areas for all but also large entertaining areas indoor and out. Very close to the beach and a short walk to town. The pool and outdoor areas were like staying in our own private resort. We didn't want to leave.
