Stayed Mar 15, 2024Excellent property with everything you would need for a stay. Easy check in. The outside area was a bonus, giving each of us a space to spread out and relax. The host responded quickly with each question and was very friendly. Location is convenient to downtown Sarasota and a short drive to Bradenton. Nothing in walking distance but driving around the area is easy and safe. Only suggestion would be for a towel hook in the bathroom! Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed Jan 31, 2024This was the best property owners who were responsive to our needs. Most comfortable beds we have slept in for a Vrbo rental! They had great kitchen supplies we needed for a monthly stay! I felt like I could settle in and make it my home! Such a great location to legacy trail, pompano pickleball and beautiful downtown and many beaches!

Stayed Jul 25, 2023We planned a last minute trip for my grandmother to see a friend that was not doing well. We thought there is slim chance we could get a property near her friend, have a quick drive to the beautiful beach, beautiful 3 bedroom home and in our budget! PRAYER ANSWERED! We first thought we would stay Tues-Friday —but then after we had booked needed Monday as well. I messaged the host and with a quick response he was very accommodating and made sure the house was ready upon our arrival. When we entered the home, it was just as the pictures were and smelled very clean! The backyard was perfect for kids to run and play and at night we loved the lighting! The beds slept great, the host was very quick with responses—We needed more dish rages and he had them delivered to the home!! Overall it was a beautiful home, beds slept great, host did an excellent job with communication, and was very accommodating!!!
